They certainly got an attitude problem, if it bothers you so much to take and serve someones order, than just work somewhere else man, the chicken is cold, cole slaw taste like is been days, fries are cold also, and they certainly need to sanitize and clean this place.
Not what I was expecting for chicken joint. Our chicken was not warm and barely any sauce on sandwich, I guess if you like dry and cold sandwiches this is the place for you, otherwise stick with Popeyes or KFC.
Restaurant was dirty !!!!Took 10 minutes to place my order inside.I had called in my order for spicy chicken and was told it would be 17 minutes for them to fry it. I went thru drive thru and was told to come inside to get my order because she said mangmt had to do that. Very frustrating I do have to say employees were nice
Churches?! More like MACON BIBB PENITENTIARY! No, I’m not being rude to the employees. I was held there without a chance for escape (pinned between two other customers in the drive through) while they ________ (your guess is as good as mine). An HOUR! A whole hour. I paid for my food, and no one spoke to me while I sat at the window for AN HOUR YALL! The car that was originally in front of me pulled off within 5 mins of them being there. Oh well for the car that was in front of THEM because they had to pull up to the sidewalk and wait with me FOR AN HOUR. That car and I deserve compensation. But wait, there is DEFINITELY more. They finally opened the window to ask me WHAT. MY. ORDER. WAS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yalllllllllllll! 10 mins later they hand me a bag that…wait for it…my sides are spilled all over the bottom AND they forgot my biscuits. The disrespect and carelessness at this gas station churches (I’ll just stop myself there because I should’ve known better).
This was a horrible expiercie it not the fact that they were out of chicken and it was a 15 min wait, it was the attitudes of the manager and employees, not to mention I literally witnessed the girl get mad at a customer and throw the chicken on the rack because the customer said the pieces were too small when she was boxing it. Do not spend your money here service is horrible.
Have not had Church's in awhile. They did everything right, went thru the drive-thru, it was busy, the main thing, my order was correct. The chicken was freshly done & all my sides were good, thanks Church's!
As per the picture, the chicken fillet in my spicy sandwich, was certainly NOT fresh.In fact it was very obviously STALE and TOUGH!!! Also, restaurant area could do with a thorough cleaning - it's been a while.....*** NEVER AGAIN at THIS location ***
Waited in the drive thru line over an hour. Then when I finally got to the window he said only one oven was working and they couldn't cook any okra or bombers. No one came out and told us anything, but they could come outside to smoke!
Worst ever. No napkins no ketchup hot sauce always a long wait employee's not friendly..and they don't give you all ur order..Never again
It has been several years since I ate from Church's. Every time I got chicken it always looked dark and tasted burnt like they didn't change out the cooking oil regularly. I decided today to try them again and this time I had it delivered. The chicken looked very appetizing and I was delighted. I really enjoyed it, but unfortunately they left the biscuits out of my order and I was disappointed.
