This location is hit and miss, with a lot of misses. Sometimes you get great service and sometimes you get someone that has such poor customer service skills they can't tell you that the oven is broken and we're unable to bake biscuits. So they just give you your order there's no biscuit and you were never told why. ? So I only go here when I too tired to drive to another location.
Whew where do I begin....... just by not ever going anymore the service poor as hell they pull you to the front then forget about you and then give you the wrong order the chicken over cooked just a poor choice for me that day b but never again
Not sure whats going on here, but they have been closed at unusual times.
This location was not as good as the Thomaston location. The same Texas 3pc. cost 8.01 at Pio Nio was 6.41. The chicken tasted old the 3pc. at the Pio Nio location was skimpy pcs. Will never go there again. I told her for 8.01 this is what I get, she gave another drumstick! Anyway, I wasn't a good experience.
Always out of something, they never have spicy chicken...better yet they never have ANYTHING OWNER NEED TO CHECK EMPLOYEES FREZZERS AT HOME MIGHT BE SURPRISED....DO BETTER OR CLOSE DOWN ALREADY ?????
Ordered, had to tell the lady ordering 3 times what I drink I wanted bc she kept forgetting. Short changed me, food was terrible. Tenders had soggy breading, they gave me 5 fries, 5! Then the banana pudding was the consistency of a blended marshmallow, wasnt blended properly you could feel the individual sugar granules. It was like someone blended peeps marshmallows and added sugar and wafers. Terrible, do not recomend.
My experience with Churces is always bad, but yet I continue to try. After a 30 minute wait, they were out of half the menu and then I received overpriced subpar food. Fries were some of the worst I've ever had.
Gave them another try order online on 4/3 at 5:54pm and got to the store at 6:12 pm and was told it was close do too staffing issues. It's been two weeks and I have yet too get a refund. They keep giving me the run around. I even called their corporate office and no one has gotten back in touch with me.
When a national franchise has a new item advertised, it should be available. I was told the new banana pudding would take an hour to make. Does it take an hour to slice a banana and dump wafers in a pre-made pudding?
