5 stars for the employees. These poor ladies are working In ridiculously hot conditions. I’m looking at all the customers sitting around just miserable from the heat. Why can’t you put a/c in your store church’s?!?!? Have respect for your employees and your customers!
Excellent manager and clean store!!!! She and one other employee was making magic happen. I don't frequent or eat a lot of fast food chicken but I had a craving so I indulged. They were particularly busy and the manager and her single staff member was doing it all. My food was hot, it was just what I ordered and she spoke to customers coming in all while performing the cooking, boxing up, and ringing up customers. Food and servicing customers quickly and with a smile. This is the Church's on Shurington drive in Macon GA you want to go to..
Had to wait more 30mins on food items..no courtesy drinks offered like they use to do..
Some days are better than others, meaning simply? Very inconsistent! Whether it's your meals, or quality of service. Whether your biscuits are fresh and hot or cold and burnt. Today( like the rapper Ice Cube once said) was a good day,lol
The fried chicken was great - as always. The service was so-so. 3 of the 5 employees were friendly and efficient - the other 2 had nasty attitudes.
Unfortunately I couldn't get anything to eat. The cashier was the manager and her attitude was terrible. The cook was not dropping a full basket to attempt to catch up as if he nor the manager could determine how many pieces are sold before they continue taking orders. Btw, by the time I walked out the line was at the door. Corporate really needs to reconsider the management structure of this organization.
I just went there, I got home and this chicken is so bland. Not a hint of seasoning, ounce of salt. Absolutely nothing. No more Church's for me. The guy that waited on me was very nice, I give him 5 stars.
I was raised in fort hill & Churches chicken has been a staple place to eat but this new younger generation have the worst attitudes I've seen in years & I won't be back to eat at churchs again.This is sad, in my Era you had a good attitude when serving customers & if you didn't, you got replaced quickly.
I went to the one on shurington Dr. Location yesterday and ordered the 17.99 feed 4 deal , and although I DIDN'T check my order I wasn't given the biscuits that I Thought went with the order. When I tried calling the number ON THE RECEIPT it kept saying it was not a working number.
At store #751 in Macon,Ga is always out of chicken tenders you have to wait for 20 to 45 mins on your order. The staff is very unprofessional
