Terrible Chipotle location. I have been here 5 times, and each time, there is some crucial ingredient missing. Guacamole has only been available 2 out of the 5 times. Cheese, sour cream, veggies and steak are ALWAYS low or never available. And if they have guac available after 7:30, they say it’s only for online orders. Whoever manages this location needs to get it together.

Staff was not friendly, food was okay though. One of the staff members was standing in line watching a video on her phone. When asked if she was in line, she just looked at me and walked away.The other employee behind the counter ignored us for a couple of minutes before acknowledging our presence.Overall it felt like the employees would much rather ignore people.

Passing through on our way to Savannah, service was less than satisfactory. The guy fixing our meal was very nice and attentive, he deserves a raise. However, the rest of the crew said not one word to us. When we checked out they just stated our total, didn’t confirm what we ordered. Then when we went back up to the front to ask for hot sauce they just grabbed one and put it on the counter without a word, we even said thank you and still no response. Clearly a lack in care and training at this Chipotle.

EXPERIENCE was HORRIBLE AGAIN. Havent been in this location in awhile(months) because of the poor service and crunchy rice. I travel to other locations (that's not close at all, Warner Robin's and McDonough) to avoid the horrible service, since I'm spending my money. Thought each time have been I can spend my money where it will be appreciated. Decided to try again this evening. Wrong decision the Manager prepared the 4 meals ordered and poorly prepared them all. The manager on shift at 7:42pm today, 06/09/22 behavior should be addressed by upper management!!!!!When you spend $50 plus dollars and her attitude is nasty and insulting it makes the experience horrible. The manager is toxic and the younget staff members try very hard not to feed off of her but often succumb to her unprofessional, toxic and childlike foolishness. Will be reaching out tomorrow to the Regional Manger to share the experience. Won't be back there and will probably try my hardest to speak to the VP of Operations.

The wait was almost 20 minutes long and we were the only people in line. The lady that ran the line was doing her side work in between making our food and made the wait longer. They were rude overall and customer service is not good here.

I went to chipotle 4 years ago it was my first time in ever. I really enjoyed the food until by tomorrow I was very sick then have Hives everywhere on my body. (I didn't know what I'm allergic with it was the first time I started having Hives until it's was the spicy on the food cause to make feel itchy and brake out. Until this day I can't eat too much spicy no more.)

It was the end of the day they had already started to put up all the chairs we couldn't even find a clean place to sit if we wanted to. The booths were filthy so we took the food to go. It was the worst Chipotle's I've been to. I couldn't finish my half of my food if I wanted to because it was tasteless and not fresh. The staff was kind and helpful though.

Order online and was advised that my order would be ready in 10 minutes. Arrived to pickup order late due to the rain and traffic. Walked in and a young lady had just started to fix my order. She stated that my order would be ready shortly. She rushed to fix my order and I was out the door in 5 minutes. Once I got home and got good into half of my rice bowl, I felt this long stem in my mouth (expecting it to be a bay leaf) but instead it was a zip tie. Disgusted I threw the rest of my food away. That’s the last strike, no more.

SLOWEST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED! My friend and I had a mobile order that we placed at 12:30 PM. We were promised pickup at 12:40 PM. We showed up and they had one person working mobile orders and the register. It took over an HOUR to receive our orders. They had 4 people in the kitchen that could of helped or even the man in the line. One kitchen walked up to the line, was talking to a worker, started dancing and then continued to stand there before returning to the kitchen. The most infuriating experience I have ever had at any fast food restaurant. Do not recommend going!

Horrible! I've been to many Chipotle and this one sucks. I've tried this location a couple times and it's consistently BAD BAD SERVICE those taking care of your order act like you're really imposing on them! Top it off they have NO CHIPS WHAT?
