Update: chili's is the real MVP. Most restaurants have quit curbside and Chili's is going strong. Great food. Great service. I love it ❤️

Waitress was very kind and friendly. Was attentive to the request of her customers, which a few and far between for servers in these days. The food was hot when served and was very good to the taste.

I will admit I can be hesitant towards restaurants I have not tried, but I honestly can't wait to go again! They have redone their menu, and for the 1st time In a while , I saw a menu that I would eat a lot of the dishes!! They have so many unique food dishes that sounded and smelled delicious! We were constantly asking other tables what they ordered. The waiter was new, but very patient and super helpful. While they were PACKED, a bus of students were eating outside on the patio, it never changed our wait time. We left full, happy, and excited for the next visit.

This review has nothing to do with the food, which was good and consistent with Chilis in most places I suppose. Today was my little girl’s 9th birthday party, and we were supposed to have a swim party. Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate and it was low 60’s with rain/thunderstorms. We tried to pivot and move the party indoors but the other kids/parents all bailed. Nobody showed up to her party since there wouldn’t be swimming/free childcare for four hours. Most cancelled with less than an hours notice. Devastating to a little girl in a new town. Anyways, we also bailed on the party after and hour and a half of waiting and seeing all the excuses trickle in. When I asked her what would make it better, one of the things she said she had always wanted was a “fancy” chocolate lava cake. I don’t know if that is the best indicator of what fine dining is, but Chilis has those. As we were sitting down, birthday girl mentioned to the busy server that nobody came to her party today. Server’s reaction was suitably mixed sadness and anger that this could happen. I appreciated just that. What followed was one of the most unsolicited and generous displays of kindness and decency I have seen in recent memory. Not only did they bring her her very own chocolate lava cake without even being asked, made her custom chocolate milk to her heart’s content, but someone in the restaurant actually RAN OUT AND GOT HER A PRESENT. Pretty sure from Joanns in the nearby shopping center. Brought it in a bag and gave it to her and I honestly think it made the whole day to have a stranger care enough to do that. I don’t know if it was the server, manager, or heck someone in the back bussing tables, but they are an unusually amazing person. For one of them to take their precious time and money to do that for her is extraordinary. She will remember it for a long time and it went a little further towards restoring my own faith in humanity. Far more than I expected from a trip to Chilis in North Macon. Go there. Eat some food. Be kind to people. Leave a big tip.

Its just chili's not special, mediocre service, didn't care for my drink so didn't drink it and paid for it. THe waitress was oblivios to any issues including empty water glasses for the group in a relatively empty restaurant.

Not terrible. Sometimes when my family goes here, we're given a wait when the seats are about half empty and the burgers don't taste terribly good but I do like the fries.

Never order the beef nachos to go!! They were a nasty, greasy, soggy mess. A complete waste of $11.00. They were stacked up on each other and covered with aluminum foil. Three aluminum "packs" of I couldn't tell you how many nachos all smashed together. Horrible!!!!

Delicious potato soup hit the spot on a wet, cool, windy night. Big, thick burger tasted like back yard grill. A very tasty and enjoyable meal.

FOOD AND SERVICE WERE GREAT! UNFORTUNATELY THE TABLES ARE NOT DESIGNED FOR WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBILITY, SO WE HAD TO BE SEATED ON THE PATIO.
