very good service today, pretty girl with short brown hair was very professional and nice to me. 10/10 experience
Delicious!!!! I had the Original and Fancy Nancy. Can't wait to go back❤️
I have heard raving reviews about this place. I decided to give them a try last week. The establishment was clean and fully staffed. They have alot of variations of chicken salad, which I thought was cool. Being that I never tried them before, I just chose the original chicken salad, bc that's what started it all right?I wasn't impressed at all. It had noooo taste. It literally just tasted like chicken, mayo, and tiny bits of celery. The stars are for the drive thru option, clean facility, and ease of getting my order.
Although I do recommend this establishment, I must advise that on today I placed an order in the drive through of which I requested none of a specific item due to allergies. I was asked to pull into a parking spot & they'd bring it out to me. This was fine. I had no issue with that. After parking, I noticed that the specific item I requested to be excluded was still listed on the ticket, which was still all good because mistakes do happen. At this point, I went inside just to advise of the mistake, show it on the receipt, & make sure it was corrected with no issue. I'm still good & did so without an ounce of contempt or frustration. At this point, Olivia decides to "chastise" me for not advising beforehand due to procedures regarding food allergies to which I did correct her to advise this was stated when the order was place. Here is where I have the problem from my stance as an administrative professional of many years & business owner: I am well aware of different procedures that are needed in food preparation especially in my case. When a customer advises of a mistake, don't immediately assume they have an attitude & are attacking the establishment or any employee & LISTEN!! Take the time to listen to understand & not listen to respond based on assumptions you may have. This is customer service one-on-one. You never know who you may be serving. This is my suggestion to Olivia as this could very well be grounds for a complaint not just to the corporate office but also the BBB and other state & federal agencies. This is coming from a customer who frequents at your establishment.

I love the atmosphere!!! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I came in and got catering service for my birthday. The ladies went over and beyond helpful!!! The food was amazingly good! The grape salad was my favorite!! Everything was made fresh. Prices were good. Go try it for yourself!!
Took my wife because… well… wives love Chicken Salad Chick…. Food was great. The manager blasting his management training “on hold” phone call at the table next to us throughout our meal was not so great.Seriously the comedy of a manager doing hospitality training with his speaker phone while people are trying to have conversations at the next table can not be overlooked.
This is my first time eating at Chicken Salad Chick, and I really enjoyed it! Terrica took my order. She was very friendly and welcoming. She recommended the lemonade/strawberry lemonade mix as my drink, and it was delicious! I’m glad I came to this place for a late afternoon lunch!
Love the chicken salad! However, pre-ordered a platter hours in advance. It wasn't steady when I arrived and mixed craisins with other salads!
It's not just chicken salad! Turkey pesto sandwich was delicious, but I could have just had the pasta salad. Very busy, very flavorful, and very good! Keep it up chicks!
