First time here, ever. They have great customer service and they have sweet messages on they're bags and straws, etc. Didn't know they only sell sandwiches, but it tasted good and probably better because they we're so sweet. I got the original with lettuce tomato and a sweet tea. They give you all the sauces you want with no hassle as well, which is great.
My husband and I have never had worse service at a Chick-fil-A. We FREQUENTLY eat Chick-fil-A. I typically receive EXCELLENT service and I normally leave positive reviews. It is our absolute favorite! However, this particular location is the WORST! We waited OVER 30 minutes for our food the staff was just hanging out talking and when we’d ask for assistance we were ignored. When our food finally came it it was cold and our fries were burnt. Our sodas were also flat. I will definitely not return to this Chick-fil-A location. I’m disappointed that they are part of the awesome franchise.
My husband went to Bass Rd Chick-fil-A on Monday, our ordered was 2 #1’s with American cheese and 1 Spicy sandwich with pepper jack. Entrusting they did it right, he got home with 1 spicy sandwich and an 8 count of nuggets, and 2 fries. He called to tell them I would pick the other sandwiches up on my way to work. When I got there, there was no apology for the inconvenience, no how can we correct can we make it up. In fact it was the complete opposite the woman that seemed to be in charge of the drive threw had a very sour attitude. It was the most McDonalds experience I’ve ever had at a Chick-fil-A. They definitely don’t uphold the Chick-fil-A values.
Stopped for dinner and ordered 2 chicken sandwich meals with brownies for dessert. The chicken tasted really fresh and the brownie like home made. I usually don't stop at Chic's because of the long lines, now I understand why. Clean outside and the young lady knew the menu completely. Nice and courteous. Long line but a short wait for delicious food.
Food and service were great, as usual for Chick-fil-A, but this location had a weird twist. They don't let you order at the counter if you are dining in. You are instructed to go sit down and wait for someone to come take your order. Kind of off-putting, really. What happens if all the tables are full, do you then just stand there in the doorway and wait? Additionally, I get annoyed having to always ask for a menu, like, I don't memorize the dang thing, just give me a menu card please!?♂️
2 stars because food is good.What is the point of mobile orders? Every one gets in the mobile order line without mobile orders. I ordered online at 8:00am and I’m here 20 minutes later still in the back of the line. Come on Chick Fil A. I get you guys are always busy but damn.
This child fil a pushes really hard for online ordering. They have 2 drive thru lanes , but they will only let you order in person in one lane. I was told this morning that the right lane is reserved for mobile orders ( it was empty and the drive thru had more than 10 cars ) . Sad to see business owners not cater to their clientele
I was surprised by all the negative reviews. I’ve never known a Chick-fil-A to get bad reviews really. But it was an easy on off stop for us so we chose to go here anyway. The service was good, the food good as expected. Maybe we lucked out but I’d stop here again.
Placed my order while on a 4 hour road trip before breakfast only to be told that they are refunding my order when I arrived because I didn’t say that I was at the restaurant before 1030. The app says to place your order before breakfasts ends. Not to arrive before breakfast ends. Imagine driving one hour to get some food and then being told that you are being issued a refund. They didn’t even try to offer me anything else. Waste of time and Terrible service
We have frequented this CFA often. Almost always they skimp on the fries. The pictures are from two meals I got, and they’re half full. The people and service are great but the amount of fries given is subpar.
