Very good staff, love and will miss the ladies at the window, this is the guy with the charger, the biscuit and egg was the bomb as well as the sweet tea. Miss that stop already. Great stop everyone. Thank you
If I could give 0 stars I would. We were on family road trip from Tennessee to Florida. It was already a rough drive because the AC in our car has stopped working. We stopped off at this chicfila to get dinner and use the restroom. Our 2 year old needed a diaper change. After parking the car and unloading our 3 kids we got to the door to go in and it was locked. We knocked and waited and a man came to the door and said the dining room closed at 9. It was 9:02 and there were still people inside eating. We explained that we had just driven 6 hours and needed to use the restroom a day we would go through the drive through to order our meal but they still refused to open the door for us. I understand rules and policies but I think this was an incredibly unnecessary stance when we clearly had a need.
We were traveling home to Florida from a long week at camp in Tennessee. We stopped in at this location and had the best customer service. When I got to the counter to order, I was greeted and asked how my day was going and I told the woman at the register that I was just passing through to go home. Minutes later when I got my food, the same woman told me to be safe on my trip home. Then, there was a couple sitting near us with infant twins and another small child. One of the employees made sure to check in with them to see if they needed anything and even helped pick something up for them that fell on the floor while the babies were feeding. It’s the attention to detail in taking care of customers that was so impressive to me. I’ll definitely be making this the location I stop at when I pass through Macon.
Every time I go to the drive thru,the staff gets my order wrong.I was also overcharged for a number 1 meal with an added large mac and cheese. I was disappointed. The staff conflicts my order .If I ordered a #1 meal and added the large mac and cheese, how u only charge me for large mac and cheese,sandwich, and drink. I DIDN'T SUBSTITUTE anything. I ADDED on. THEN they forgot the waffle fries. My total was $14.00 The manager didn't say nothing.But still charged me for the waffle fries that was not put in bag. NEVER AGAIN
I’ve never had a bad experience at any Chick-fil-A so I thought long and hard before doing this review.The customer service I received from the young lady with the braids was awful. I asked her for ketchup and you would have thought I asked her to borrow a kidney. She made faces at the young lady holding my ice cream cone and then took her time giving it to me. I am not from Macon, GA and I unfortunately, this experience will be one of my lasting impressions of it.
All chick fil a locations are very consistent, its one of the main reasons why they.are very successful. This location was within a mile off I-75 making it one of the better stops for a quick meal on a road trip.
It's always a pleasure to get lunch here. Friendly and helpful hard working staff makes it easy and fast to order pay and eat on the go. BUUUUUTT the breakfast menu sucks!
I absolutely love this location its just one worker here that makes the experience very uneasy the tall african american woman with dreads I think her name is Renae has the nastiest attitude ever she never places orders in your hand like everyone else she has some sort of beef with door-dashers as well I understand some elderly people are stuck in their ways but this doesnt represent the brand very well she needs better customer service training or something because of her I dont even want to place a regular order for myself because of how she treats customers get it together pleaseee she is one of those workers that needs to be in the back
Food was great! Service sucked. When you have four team members just standing, talking and cleaning but not one can ask if you need help and then the lady bagging the food says this is the bold man food like really.. do better’s
