Customer service was extremely poor today. The food isn’t that good to be rude at the drive through window when gathering an order! It’s customary to be polite so my asking how you’re doing as you greet me being met with rudeness was uncalled for. I won’t be back!
Visited Chen Wok on Gray Highway Macon Georgia to be exact. First of all the young lady was very rude while taking my order and she over charged me for the entire meal. I will not be visiting that establishment again. I was very disappointed in their services and the quality of the food.
The lady today was rude as hell, i never been rushed like that in my life, ill go back for my neice but i myself will never dine here ever again!!!!
Very reasonably priced good tasting Chinese food.
Ordered from here last night and we were extremely happy with our meal! We’ve been getting our Chinese from another place for years but it has gotten terrible so this is a great surprise. We had General Chicken and Moo Goo Gai Pan along with 4 egg rolls.
I used to be a fan of this place! Good food, good price, and good service. I ordered my usual today, got home, took 1 bite and found a nasty creature in my food. Seriously hurt my emotions because I was really looking forward to the yummy food!!! I really hope this place gets this issue fixed soon!
Left of our drinks and when we returned cashier was rude. Customer service is awful.
Second time of going here and it's absolutely amazing. My family and I love eating here and definitely recommend it!!!
