Awesome experience today at Carrabbas in Macon with my husband, Sam! Deno was our waitress/server and she rendered exceptional customer service! The food was delicious!! The experience was worth less then 1 star, but I needed to be able to leave the review. If my husband and I could have just tipped the cooks and not the server, it would have been great. Server let us sit between 10-15 minutes before coming to the table to get our drinks. It was another 5-7 before she brought our water back. After another 10 she brought my wine. Only upside was that she was quick to take our entree order after the app came out. My husband asked for extra tomatoes on his Cesar salad, didn't get them, and when she came back to tell us she was on the way with them, we never saw her again. Had to ask for water refills twice. She brought us the check before we were even finished with dinner and never asked if we wanted dessert. After she brought the check she came back 4 times to check on us, but it was entirely too late. My husband was angry and let me finish my drink before leaving. While I stepped away to use the restroom our server came back after 20 minutes to let my husband know she needed to "clean the table" so she could get the ticket book. Our server looked to only have 1 table and wanted us gone. The food was great, but since we know who the sever was, if we ever decide to come back to this location, we will make sure to ask to be sat elsewhere.
Always delicious and moderately priced! Tonight Joe took care of our table and the service was outstanding. He is a friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient server. We arrived early and enjoyed talking with him. We will be back.
Order the chicken Bryan with House salad and spaghetti. Both the chicken and spaghetti was Yum yum good. I love the taste. Also had the salmon with mash potatoes. The salmon was undercooked. Server did a great job replacing the meal. Overall great experience and atmosphere. I would recommend to others.

Enjoyed time with my family at this Carrabba’s! The waiter we had was very attentive and made sure we had everything that we needed. It was a large party and not one thing came out wrong! The manager came over and ensured all was well too! Great friendly service all the way around! Best Mother’s Day out since COVID hit!!! Thank you Carrabba’s??
Attended a birthday dinner at restaurant a week ago. Had an overall mediocre experience. Had to wait until half of the party arrived to be seated even though our reserved section was ready. Food arrived to the table in a timely fashion at fair temp but not hot. Everyone in our party that ordered a pasta dish stated it was awful. One person ordered lamb chops and they were rare instead of well done. Brought concerns to management who was rude with a belittling attitude and reluctantly removed 3 of the 6 ordered pasta dishes from our tickets. Offered to take the lamb chops from the table and cook them more to "bring them up to temp". When questioned about wouldn't that be cross-contamination, he stated no because the grill is 600 degrees. Explained to the manager that it was indeed cross-contamination and that he shouldn't take a plate from the table that already had been touched by a guest back to the grill and that the act would also contaminate the cooking surface and all other foods that touched the surface following the recooked lamb. The manager then said he give the party guest new lamb chops. My overall experience was mediocre because some of the food was okay while others were not, and management's behavior was unpleasant. I would suggest that anyone visiting beware of pasta dishes and not expect hot food. Also, not to expect management to be eager to work with you to fix any problems you may have.Despite our issues and experience, our waitress Star was great! Star was a rock star with service, attentiveness, and hospitality. She even apologized profusely for the manager's handling of our concerns. I give Star a full 5 stars for service. The wait time was minimal and the service and food was excellent! Our appetizers and food were appropriately spaced out and served fresh and hot. Our waitress was wonderful, she kept our drinks filled and was so engaging. ?
This was the first time we had eaten at a Carrabba's and we loved it. Lots to offer on the menu and the food was amazing, as was the service. We had a short wait to be seated but it was worth it.
