I mean I don't expect much from fast food these days. I needed something to eat quickly and near my house. It took forever for someone to take our order through the drive thru. No one was ahead of us. The restaurant looked nearly empty. I ordered a specific whopper and a coke. When I got to the window, we paid and received our order. I always check my food before we pull off to leave. I was given a regular whopper with everything which was not what I ordered. I told the lady at the window that this was not what I ordered. I was given the correct burger but there was no apology for their error. I got the other burger for free. Thankfully I checked if not it would have been a waste of money and time. Typical fast food service these days.
I give it a 1 star bcuz I had to give it something...Why don't y'all change your closing time on your site so some1 doesn't sit at drivethru thinking there is still half an hour and your workers wouldn't tell me anything...Bad Business

This is my favorite BK in Macon. Friendly staff, clean restaurant, and a fast food restaurant that still has fast service. And right now frozen Cokes. Hope they keep those.
They've been better and definitely need improvements! Last Health Dept score of 88! No mayonnaise in house (including the kitchen) or so, I'm told and employee shut the window without giving me my frozen coke...sitting right there on counter at drive through window, and was shocked that I didn't drive off. When she did come back, it was like oh, no apology...12:00-12:05 (noon), I bet that was a long lunch period. She showed lack of concern. Lots of improvements needed. I was at Eisenhower-across from Macon State College 02/24/2022. Stop at your own risk!!!
Employees were very welcoming and friendly. I came in and although there were 3 employees standing together up in conversation when I walked in, all 3 looked up acknowledge that I was entering the store and welcomed me in with speaking directly to me.
Lady taking my order was very unpleasant. Two weeks ago was very pleasant so I tip her.This time no tip.Will not go back to this BK on Eisenhower .
Food was good and hot but soda tasty like medicine this was my second time going this week I poured the soda out every time.
Whoppers are great
