I normally have very good service here, but today (7/18/2022) was horrible. My order was taken very quickly however they held the car in front of me at the pay window for almost 10 minutes. I finally called the store while In the drive-through line to ask them if they could move the car ahead. I know someone may think this is "entitled behavior" but are we not entitled to better service? As someone else mentioned, there is only one way out once you have turned the corner after ordering, so if a car is behind you (in my case there was) you are stuck. If there wasn't a line behind me, I would have driven over the curb and on their grass to leave. I saw people drive up, park, go in and come back out with their food and we hadn't moved at all. I am usually very patient when going through the drive-through of any restaurant as I know how difficult this can be, but today was just unnecessarily stressful. If the people going in were also forced to wait, then maybe it wouldn't have been so bad. I'm not necessarily done with Burger King, but I am done with this location.

I sat in the drive thru being ignored for over 17 minutes at 7pm because they were not paying attention to the fact they had customers in the drive thru there were four cars lined up behind me and the way the drive thru on grey hwy is set up you have to go forward through the drive thru if you can’t back out and there was a two cars already in the drive thru that whole time

I went in instead of using my app because my item was not on the app menu but I could it at the counter. i had the greatest cashier and the service was top notch, I thought I was at that my pleasure restaurant who closes on Sundays. Nevertheless, I started not to go to this one because I thought it would be horrible, but they were professional and smiled. I normally don't expect much from fast food restaurants but when they treat me like a King, no pun intended, I have to talk about it! Thanks

This was our first experience eating and ordering at this particular branch of Burger King. Honestly though, it was quite nice, I wasn't being rushed, bc no one else in drive through. The DT attendant was very nice and very accurate with our order. Everything was good with our order. I would recommend visiting this Bk to anyone looking to get a quick meal on a budget.

This was absolutely a bad experience experience. The girl at the drive-through was rude. She took off with our card and we didn't know where she went. She was gone for at least 2 minutes and then when she came back and we asked about a receipt all she did was as the door was shutting say it's up there.Needless to say we will not be going back there.

I have never left a review for any fast food restaurant, but i felt the need to in this case. Without a doubt the worst drive through experience I have ever had in my 46 years. I saw the wrong food passed trough and back by 4 different vehicles. Then had the wrong food and drinks passed to me. The 100 on the health inspection has to be a lie. I figured i was safe in getting 2 soft drinks and 2 orders of mozzarella sticks. Wrong. The sprite and the coke were both completely undrinkable and the mozzarella sticks were overcooked to the point all of the cheese was cooked out. We had no marinara for the dried out sticks either. The 25 minute wait from the order to the window may have been worth it if were edible. There is only 1 star because it would not let me put less. Needless to say, I will never go back.

The upgrade of the building looks great but the service gets worse because these new young employees can't cook or give you the correct order, my order was all wrong, burger king on gray hwy won't be seeing me for a long while.

I come here several rides a week past who knows how many years. I'll be the first to tell you this place has always been the top pick on my list. if you want good take out food in Macon. Not getting you actually went two years three months without making a single mistake on my order. For the past couple months, your night shift has not been hitting on it. Employees have an attitude. the managers have an attitude. I feel like I'm treated as a joke when I come inside.If I even tried to explain the treatment I've gotten the past couple months oh, you would think I'm exaggerating. I just don't even get it, what's going on here?I'm debating whether or not to post the pictures and video what's some of the employees. I told them very nicely and politely they never know who they're dealing with. They just told me they don't care and they laughed me off. so let me go ahead and make myself clear. It's part of your job to be polite to customers. Even if you find their Dapper dressing skills a bit too much to handle.

Food was hot and fresh even though it wasn't a normal dining time and ordered an Impossible Whooper. I'd forgotten how good those are. Lady at the drive thru was awesome!
