Let me start by saying I never do reviews. I certainly never do bad reviews. This place has systemic problems. I’ve been here four times now and there are always problems. Always slow. Ridiculously slow. Never had a good experience. So tonight I spent over a hundred bucks on a to-go order and 3 beers. It took sooo long. Then I got home and my order is incomplete. Wings are flavorless. And one of my kids burgers had mayo which I specifically said no condiments on either burger. So now I have to deal with that. And before anyone asks if I contacted a manager before giving a bad review… yes I tried twice and no one answered. So this is where I am. I’m not this petty. I’m reasonable. But this is my last recourse, to notify others of what to expect. I’m done. I understand staffing issues but I have never seen a manager on duty in this place. Not once. It’s systemic.

I remembered when this place it’s was new in Macon. I never had a chance to go because it’s was always busy. The first time that we went the service and the food was terrific. I came back to this place for a long time ago and it’s look like a lost business. The first thing when I walk in is the odors. This place smell so bad when you come inside like a damp cloth for days mixed with not taking a shower for days. So gross. The only good thing I found this place is the bathroom smell better than the restaurant and the waiters was nice and always taking care of us. I feel so bad to leave so I hold the bad smell for all entire time. The white young lady with glasses was so nice. I don’t know her name. But other than that… I feel so bad for employee or whatever who is running this business. Very disappointed!

Went last night 5-7 and bar tender dark haired Caucasian girl was so rude. I ordered a drink and after 15 minutes my waitress came back and told me the bartender refused to make the drink because she said she was too busy. I approached the bar and politely asked if she was working on the drink that I'd ordered for my table 15 minutes ago. She raised her voice and flung her hands out and said look at all these people I have here I've been getting drinks and food I'll get it as soon as I can. And then just went back to doing what she doing. I told her to go ahead and cancel the drink and to send the manager to the table and she tells me she's the manager even though there was a manager in the store that I had spoken to earlier as he walked past me. I had to speak to him about her later on in the evening I understand if you're over whelmed and understaffed but there is a way to tell customers that you are overwhelmed and understaffed. That was the rudest worst experience I've ever had in this Buffalo wild wings. I have been coming here since the first day that this place opened I even was one of the recipients of the free wings for a year for the first 100 people that came to Buffalo wild wings at this location so I am a frequent customer. I am so upset that she would even act like that as she tried embarrassed me and humiliate me in front of other people sitting around the bar.

Placed an online order and when I went up to the take out register, there was a message saying “take out was at the bar”. There were 3 people at the register. One went to check on my order, never came back to explain how long it was going to take. Waited 10 minutes and I noticed the cashier was at the take out station. No one bothered to inform me about my order until I went to the take out station and asked the cashier.

In the past, you could get all flats or all drums at no charge. It separated you from other wing places. This has changed and there is now a charge for that. Also, for the first time in my experience, there was a 99-cent fee added to pickup orders. My 12 wings were over 17 dollars on a night when there is a special on wings. BWW, overall your wings are my favorite, but not at that price. Heck, a pizza franchise we have all heard of is currently giving a $3 discount on a next pickup order while you charge a fee. Very disappointing and unfortunate.

We just got done listening to a concert and decided to eat there. It was 10:50 PM. There was a group of six and was told by them that they had been there for 10-15 minutes already. After waiting 15 minutes, finally the hostess/ waitress said she was the only one there and that she could only serve 4 tables at one time max. She said we could get a table but would not be served until some left. We waited for 15 more minutes and got up and left. It was absolutely TERRIBLE AND NOT RECOMMEND .We ended up eating at Waffle House. The food and service was great!!!!!

We use to really enjoy ordering food from here but things have changed in the last year. I tried to give them another chance hoping the last time was a fluke. But again the order was messed up. I ordered pretzel knots and no honey mustard was included with the order even though it’s on the receipt. The beer cheese dip was old. Mozzarella sticks did not have any dipping sauce even though it’s on the receipt. The ultimate nachos were just nasty and old with very little Queso on them. I even ordered a side of Queso which I paid for and it wasn’t included in my order. I am sick and tired of paying money for substandard service and food. I will not be recommending your business to anyone. I will also not be back. Do not go here to eat you will regret it.

Went out for a nice family night with my husband and kids, well we ended up finding this nice little feathery wing in our food! Our waitress was extremely apologetic, however when I “tried” to speak with the manager TARYN, her only response was “well do you want something else?” (Of course by this time we had lost our appetites, as would many) So we told her no thank you…. Instead of making ANY form of apology in ANY way she says “alright I’ll make sure they know in the back” as she walked of with an attitude! I understand places are short staffed and it’s been crazy cause of the pandemic, we waited well over 30 minutes for drinks and completely understood and still waited another 20-30 for our food, again with no problem at all. but she showed no concern or anything for the situation! Horrible customer service on her part and I will be trying to contact someone above her about HER and this situation since she could have cared less!

We waited 2 hours for our food and over an hour for our drinks. One of the cooks named Sangg was our server, so he had to go back and forth between cooking and trying to tend to us. He was the nicest and kindest server I've ever had. He kept a smile on his face the entire time. The issue we have is the poor management and staff. Half of the staff was standing around not doing anything. Eventually I decided to speak with the manager. The assistant manager was the only one available so I explained the situation to her, to which she proceeded to tell our server/cook that we were displeased with him. Which was not true. I clarified everything with our server and he understood.This place doesn't deserve anyone's business. Keep in mind they only had around 8 tables full, the rest were empty.Will definitely not be going back.

It was a typical Buffalo Wild Wings. This one only gets an average rating because the customer service was less than stellar. I ordered my meal online and went in to pick up. No one was at the pickup window and two of the employees saw me come in and just watched me stand there at the pickup window. I had to go over and ask them was there anyone here to assist and they told me to hold on while they got someone. I didn't like the fact that they were in their phones instead of serving their customers. The person that came over to help was phenomenal but when I got back in my vehicle and looked over my food they was missing some items. It's okay, it happens. I went back inside where I came across the same two individuals in their phones who didn't even know this I walked back in. Another worker came from the back and noticed I was just standing there so they asked if I needed any assistance. I told them what the issue was and they kindly helped me out and got me the missing items. They were very helpful. It might have been a slow day but you have to take care of your customer.
