Notice that I was missing the bottom part of my biscuit once I made it to work. Someone fell asleep behind the spatula. Bojangles I love you all but you all are making it hard.
The girls that are there in the evenings are great, but the manager that opens in the morning is a waste of skin. I came through about a week and a half ago at 5:30am, and there was a guy standing inside, yelling at me through the drive thru window that a manager didn't show up and that he couldn't take any orders. When I asked the girls tonight if they had worked out the manager situation... They told me he IS the manager.Tonight, the food was good and the chicken was crispy. Even though they didn't have the chicken pieces ready that I wanted, they just swapped out one piece for another instead of making me wait. Kudos girls! One of y'all need to take that man's job and show him how it's done! ?
They didn't have what I ordered online and I've been trying to get my money back for 3 days... Then the manager challenged me to a fist fight and call one of his friends up there to help him fight at the pionona location ...he lucky when I got home my wife told me it wasn't worth it
Horrible restroom. They are too incompetent to have paper towels in the dispenser. They have a sink that only runs scalding hot water, and only runs for about two seconds each time you push the handle down. And they have soap that won't wash off your hands. They obviously don't want their customers to use their restrooms. I hope a child doesn't try to wash their hands and get injured from scalding hot water. Their sink is a health hazard.
I hadn't had Bojangles in years, and this was my Lady's first time ever. We got there a few minutes before closing while we were traveling to Atlanta. The cashier was very pleasant, the crew had already shutdown to get ready to leave for the night, but she took our order anyway. When I say the food was fresh, the staff did an excellent job taking care of us, and we enjoyed our meals. Great job and continue what you all are doing. We appreciate you all.
For it to be nothing but females in there working. They sure can't I got two sausage biscuits and on both of the biscuits they were undercooked. It was so undercooked they didn't even have no type of brown to it, and it was super doughy. And then the order of dirty rice I took about 5 bites and I threw it out it was super runny. They really need to send HR to go and reteach them how to cook because at this point throw the whole Bojangles away.
Waited more than 30 minutes for the order of 8 chicken pieces with 2 sides of dirty rice with sweet tea, 2 sausage biscuits . The worker in the drive thru told us to wait for 10 minutes for fresh chicken. Some of the chicken were hot mixed with old pieces. Only item was hot & fresh was the dirty rice. My husband had to go back the drive thru window & blow his horn to get someone's attention
We had drive thru and did not receive any spoons for our Mac and cheese. We were not given an napkins either. The food was good though.
This Bojangles really needs to improve! They aren’t super busy but yet customers always have to wait 15- 20 minutes.. that’s for breakfast or dinner! They are always out of condiments. Tonight I waited 15 minutes even though there was no line! I spent $29 for dinner get home & the chicken tastes 3 days old! It was hard and stale!! I’m done! I will NEVER go back!
My husband went to this Bojangles this morning and I ordered breakfast items and it was $20.00 they made him pull up to wait after I waited 30 minutes he went inside to ask and the blonde hair female manager forgot about him so he asked for his money back she refused. We will never go back to Bojangles again. The manager was rude and he wanted my money back and she refused!!!!! They would not give him a receipt!!!!! They even acted like they didn't care what happened!!!!! Very disrespectful and very disappointing!!!
