Absolutely HORRIBLE!! Very nice manager but her staff is full of young people who can’t cook! No seasoning on the food , broccoli was rubbery!!!! Absolutely Horrible!!!!!!! WILL NEVER GO BACK!!
After leaving the movie theater earlier today, I took my daughter and her 3 friends to the Applebees on Zebulon Rd as part of her 12th bday celebration. We were seated quickly but I had to let the host know when we had not been served after waiting over 20 min. He said there were other larger groups of 10-15 people earlier but someone would come. It wasn’t busy at the time. A waitress finally came and took our order about 10 min later but never returned. After waiting about 45 min total without food or drinks, we left and went somewhere else to eat. I noticed people who came after us were served, so it seemed as if this location did not want to serve us.
Not great service. I would have been more forgiving if my server had more than two tables at a time. She told us our food was ready and it took over 10 minutes to get. Couldn't get a refill. We tip good when service is good. I know how much they get paid. I used to work as a server but if you don't do your job you don't get paid. Didn't see a manager( probably in back)
Had a delicious rice bowl here on a Friday afternoon for lunch. Service is always fast and food is always consistently good here. At 11am there was nobody at the bar so I got served my beer and food very fast.
As you see place near empty. Took over hour and a half from time to order till eat. The managers where more worried about a employee grill out than customers. Staff well non existent I guess and manager’s well we weren’t on their mind! Skip this place unless you got more time than to do with it!
This Was my worst experience yet!!! I normally don’t even eat Applebees because this location is normally not good in service. But today my pregnancy craving wanted potatoes.I ordered Loaded mash potatoes and a Mango/ Strawberry smoothies online. I waited 15 mins in my car after saying I have arrived. I went in store, to wait another 20 mins… All for my Mash potatoes to come out NOT loaded. I asked for the bacon, cheese, and sour cream and I was told the lady in back said “she’ll be out in 10 mins for the items” UNACCEPTABLE!!!! When I asked for the manager she didn’t even apologize for my inconvenience. I will never be back again, and I will NOT recommend this location to anyone. Horrible
I decided to get Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp from Applebee's on Zebulon Rd, which is my go to location. It did not fail in taste. My family enjoyed our meals. Here's a photo of mine.*Note- I added the chives to the potatoes.
Man with high top fade was so rude ! We waited 2 hours after being told the wait was 30 minutes when we finally got seated after begging him he slammed our silverware on the table . Our server was very polite though .
The service was really bad. My food was cold. The waitress had a bad attitude. She brought our appetizer out with our food.
Our server was great. My steak was cooked perfectly.
