Good afternoon. This post is way over due. My mother and I went to eat st Applebee's. Wow!!!! The wait wasn't long, but the food was amazing, and piping hot. The waitress named Tameka. Hope I spelled your name correctly. She was awesome sauce. When I tell you some people love what they do, and will do it with a smile. She was courteous, kind, professional. She took excellent care of my Mom and I. Thank you. ?

I wanted this to be really good. I remember liking riblets as a traditional dish from Applebee's so ordered them. She had shrimp and chicken. She said those were salty, not great flavor, and warm but not hot. I really wanted riblets to be great - they were just okay and that was based on the sauce. The meat just seemed weird. I ordered broccoli which I did really like. Our server was good and she was helpful. This place is clean and has a nice vibe although it seems Applebee's has looked the same for years. Maybe we just ordered food on an 'off night' based on other reviews and the desk person at our hotel.
The food was just awful we tried eating but as you see we just stopped eating and went somewhere else
I’ve had a horrible experience not once, but twice! I waited 1 hour for a to go order and absolutely nobody communicated to me about extended wait times, no product being available, etc. I spoke with the manager and he was not apologetic, didn’t want to compensate me for my time, and when I asked for my money back it was a problem. I do not recommend! 0/10.
Read the reviews but I always give a chance .. and lets face it they are the first resturant after a long day of traveling .. The sign on the door did say “ short staffed so you will wait be prepared” we did see it embraced it and entered .. sat at the bar ( 3 people ) 5:30 .. the whole resturant 6 tables full .. we are in no rush have a cold one .. then notice a couple move from table to bar .. bartender.. ( again 3 peeps at bar .. one eating two just had takeout delivered to them) she says .., well u can sit but I gotta clean the bar .. after a few back and forth they leave .. We are deciding now she must be to busy ., but we will wait order another libation .. she makes it known glad they left I have enough to deal with.. hmm You are here to work and get tips as a bartender .. so the place started filling up and we were done .. so Pizza place ?? My hubby a softie so we ordered two appies to go .. sad cause they did seem to have adequate staff for a nonbusy dining area.. Attitude is ALL .. food was ok but it was takeout . Dissapointed cause I think apples always changes menu to keep up ., sad they must entice emploeyee’s with some $$$
Went during happy hour for some appetizers and drinks with friends to catch up. We almost missed it, but the waitress made sure all our orders were submitted in time. Honey pepper boneless wings were good. The drinks that were chosen were as well.
I’m sure it would be good if you could get service. Waited 15 minutes for the waitress once we got seated. Then another 20 minutes before I went to the bar and asked for some drinks. The bartender was annoyed at me cause I interrupted her texting.I look back and now know why there was only 15 people in the place. Try somewhere else I did.
Waitress was unengaged and unfriendly. Half the happy hour drink specials were out of stock. Pretzel and cheese appetizer out of stock. Fried chicken was out of stock. Hamburger and grilled chicken was over cooked. Tried to sell us margarita mix as a “perfect margarita”. Waitress never came to check on us. When we finally got her attention to bring the bill, she came with a mouthful of food that she was chomping in. DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION.
This was the worst service ever. We waited here for at least an hour for a uber eats order and was never greeted hello or have anyone helped you out or anything. The manager never came to apologize or anything. Not to mention when we walked in the workers was arguing very loud in the back and to be honest this not how an establishment shouldn’t be ran. This will definitely be my last time picking up an order from this restaurant. I didn’t even want to give it a one star but I had to in order to hit the post button.
