Great restaurant. We got there after 9pm after traveling from NC to GA and was told that all services were available. Clean bar and restaurant with a very attentive staff and the food was excellent. We really appreciated the service.
Went here for my son and my niece birthday celebration ? ? ? ?. We had a very nice time. The waitress was super helpful and she even song a beautiful happy birthday to my son. He wouldn't stop smiling! They gave them a happy birthday shoutout over the intercom!The food was really good and hot. From the hot wings, shrimp dinner, to salad and nachos.
Delicious food, good atmosphere, overall good quality.Right now they have a lack of staff, which unfortunately increases their wait times every now and then. This also leads to slower service.If you are willing to be patient, it is worth the wait.
We had roughly 11 people and a baby and they crammed us into 2 booths instead of running some tables together. Then we got plastic utensils to eat steaks. Anything hot melted the forks. Waitress was very nice but brings out water instead of taking a drink order when only one person was planning on drinking water. So that just took up alot of space on an already small table. I ordered a drink from the bar and when I poured my 2nd serving it had something floating it in and when I mentioned it i wasn't offered a refund. So we definitely will not be back considering we all spent well over $300 for a miserable time

I'll be nice and say it like this. There needs to be some serious training in customer service at this location. I understand about Stagg shortages...but it doesn't mean the working staff should slack on the job

Stopped in this area for the night while traveling, ordered some take-out, the food was great, out early and no issues.

Absolute worst customer service we have ever experienced. We were ignored for the first 20 minutes when we arrived and sat at the bar. Three servers and two managers walked past us many times without even acknowledging us. And, it wasn’t even a busy night. I felt that it was because we were the only white people in the restaurant and were singled out because of that. However, after reading the many reviews of the poor management and customer service, I believe it is a location problem with lack of leadership. I don’t think I’ve ever felt so belittled in a restaurant setting before. I hope that someone at the corporate level will look into the problems and try to instill some professionalism at this location. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
