I had my first Zaxbys experience a few weeks ago and it was a positive one. I enjoyed the salad and wings and things. Sauces were very good, and the food was fresh. Definitely one of the best fast food salad that I’ve had. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star review is due to the fact they forgot my Zaxs sauce the second time I went there which was disappointing because that sauce is pretty delicious. Keep up the good work, Zaxbys! I will return!
i don’t even know why I or anyone still try’s to come to this location. over the past 3-4 months me and my husband have been here a couple of times at different times during the day. one of these times we decided to eat inside. it was completely a disaster, line long af and one person taking orders while others stood around. even the one girl taking all the orders was taking breaks after each order she took. then took us about 35 minutes to get our food. it seemed as the manger had her kids sitting in one booth, that is where her main focus was. it started to get busier and they literally started LOCKING the doors so more customers were just standing outside looking in at everyone inside. this was lunch time. there’s a bit more to this visit but I’ll keep it short.the second time we went through the drive through, 10-15 minutes before closing. we got to the window and they told us they were out of ALL food? and the lady was incredibly rude. we tried one more time for a quick lunch a couple weeks later and it was just as bad. Worst service I’ve ever gotten. everyone is rude that works here and acts like every customer is an inconvenience. there needs to be some severe training done here. it’s sad. i wish I could get no stars.
We both ordered the special chicken sandwich with bacon meals. The cashier rang up the regular chicken sandwich meals. Ok we ate that instead, nothing special to it. I got about a quarter of the way through my fries and there was a human hair stuck to one of my fries! When I took it back up to the cashier, she got it replaced with a fresh order. But I could also hear the two fixing the food (in the window behind the cashier) complaining that they had to refix the fries. I was really grossed out.
I would leave 0 stars but that's not an option. I was served the wrong order twice.. the 2nd time my wings were raw! The staff is clueless and all over the place! I was hoping with the new renovations it would be better but nope.. new building, same horrible staff! I mean they were out of silverware and they serve salads.. how does that happen! I'll go 10 miles out of my way to another location before I go back there! Oh and no compensation for screwing up my food or even an apology!
Ordered Cobb salads, one veggie, the other... grilled chicken. Salad always pretty good, awesome sized salad. This Zaxbys has been remodeled. They now have the overhead area over the drive thru area. Drive thru was only accepting exact cash & credit cards this visit & drink machine was not working.
Good fresh food at a reasonable price.I love the fact that Zaxbys shows their appreciation for the Military by offering a 10% discount.I only wish that they would BRING BACK THE ONION RINGS! Zaxbys onion rings were the absolute Best, but they discontinued them to do fried pickles (which have now been discontinued in turn).
This is the second time I have had a rude experience here. The first time the lady snapped at me because i asked for an extra sauce at the window. The second time i tried to order on the phone for pickup and they said they weren’t taking orders by phone anymore which is fine but before i could get a word in she just hung up without another word.
This Zaxbys has terrible customer service. Management needs to replace these disrespectful employees with some that actually care about their job and customers. I will not return and from other reviews given I'm sure customers are being lost. I had a coupon for $5 off a $20 purchase. I went through the drive thru, ordered and told them I had this coupon. They said their scanner wasn't working but to go ahead and drive around, and they would make it work. When I got to the window, they said their scanner wasn't working. I said, you just told me to drive around & you'd make it work. The girl left the window. In the meantime, another girl at the window was laughing and too busy drinking her drink at the fountain. I was also handed a large order of food by a young male. I thought this doesn't look like my order but I took it. When the next girl came to the window, she stated the scanner at the drive thru wasn't working, but I could come in and order inside because that scanner WAS working. I said, I can't come inside. ( I am covid positive, and I did have a mask on) I asked for a manager, getting very rude looks the whole time. They then brought another bag of food and handed to me. I picked up the first bag they gave me and asked what is this. They looked at the guy and said, why would you do that. I was then handed my card back with a receipt that was incorrect. They still over charged me. These employees had absolutely no clue and should not be serving the public. Apparently the manager was just as bad and disrespectful. No apology was given. No thank you. Nothing except rudeness, wrong food given and taken back from someone that had covid and probably given to the next car in line, and overcharged. I would highly advise going elsewhere.
This Zaxby’s doesn’t even deserve 1 star. This is the absolute worst Zaxby’s I have ever been to. It never gets the order right and the employees have the worst attitude. Would not recommend anyone to go here, and I actually like Zaxby’s. HORRIBLE!
Don’t expect anything good. I ordered a big Zax snack with well done chicken. My food came out soggy, all of it. I also had asked for seasoning for my fries, that wasn’t in the bag either. Went back to get season salt and several people walked past the counter and not once asked if I needed anything. It was very cold inside, it was 35 outside. I asked why it was cold, they said the side door at drive through…. So while dining room was cold because of the side door.
