When we came in there was only one other person waiting for a to go order. The staff were friendly and helpful. The place became busy while we ate and the manager immediately jumped in to help her staff. The pizza itself was great. Would definitely return.
Our baseball team had a spirit night tonight and our experience was nothing but perfect! The staff was extremely kind and efficient and the food was amazing! We cannot thank everyone enough for all their hard work tonight and allowing us to do a spirit night to help raise money for our team to go to the World Series!! So thankful for all the workers and especially the owners!!
went there last night with my family. they were not busy. my family got their order but they lost mine, asked about it 3 times before I finally got it, my family was finished by the time I got mine. I asked to see a manager but I guess they didn't have one because he/she never came over. very disappointed.

By far the worst experience I've had in Loganville in a long time. Food came out cold 5 minutes after ordering it. Asked them to remake it and make the comment I couldn't understand why my food was already cold 5 minutes after ordering it.Worker came to my table and refused to leave because she felt disrespected because I wanted my food remade and was upset about it.I had to multiple times tell her to leave my table. My family was able to eat their entire meal without my food ever coming out.Poor poor poor customer service. No manager in sight. I'd be surprised if this place managed to stay in business. They without a doubt lost my business and any and everyone I come in contact with will know my experience as this horrible establishment.

I own a small business (A&T Plumbing Services) and I know how important it is to deliver a quality product. I had the Hot Honey Pepperoni pizza and a salad. It was great! The kids also loved their pizzas. Nice, clean restaurant with good food. We will be coming back.
The only reason they get 1 star is because I can't give 0. I'm wondering if they treat all Door Dash customers this way ?We ordered a large pizza.... Pizza (1.) is what we got. I'm pretty sure they looked at the burnt toast before they placed it in the box, because they had to cut the SIX slices. A large $21 pizza should have 8 slices. Then two of them were separated from the others SMH. We called to let them know and showed them pictures. They suggested that we come to the location and bring the pizza/salad with us and they would exchange the pizza and soggy salad. When I got there and told them who I was, the employee that was on the call looked at the pizza and laughed. She then told the cook top fix another (after they told us the pizza would be ready in 10 minute on the phone). They didn't even want to exchange the salad until I complained about it again. So 15 minutes later they look at pizza (2.) laughed and placed it in the box SMH I couldn't do nothing but leave. ? Not too mention they were coming without hair nets.
Terrible service repeatedly here. Unfriendly staff. Last visit charged prices that were more than listed on menu. Told to take it up with owner. Owner was unhelpful. Will not return.
The new Your Pie in Loganville is great! The employees have great customer service and they make delicious pizzas! ? I love being able to make my pizza my way!
