This place has been going downhill for years, I have been going to the park down the road since I was a kid, so I have witnessed the decline. A friend of mine and I pull up to the speaker to lackluster service, grab our order and pull out 2 cold sandwiches, surprisingly spicy nuggets (didn't order spicy nugz), 1 wrong drink and 2 small fries that weren't close to full. I wish I could curse on here.
I would rather eat my dogs barf then what I was served. I ordered a apple pecan salad. And the cashiers waited till they took my money to tell me they didn’t have the dressing I wanted. Instead they gave me this absolutely nasty watered down, warm ranch. Looks like white water. I tried to be positive and try it, things are rough in the food industry. But no it’s So Bad. I spit it back out and tossed it because I wouldn’t even feed my dogs that. So now I have wasted money and have no food, tried calling them 4 time with no pick up, guess I’m going to bed hungry. Next time tell your customers you don’t have what they want so they have the chance to go some where else or order something else, instead of taking their money and leaving them stuck with nasty unpleasant meals and feeling like they wasted money. And answer the phone.
This Wendy’s is terrible. I don’t normally write reviews especially bad ones, but the service imo was in excusable. After waiting in the drive thru for like 10 minutes, I pull up to the menu board (which is dark and hard to see cause the lights were off), I don’t get greeted for almost if not a minute. I have to say hello for someone to take my order. What kind of customer service is that ? The lady on the headset sounded rude and was very unprofessional. I order a number 10 which is a chicken combo. She didn’t ask me what kind or type of chicken I wanted for the combo.I then mentioned the lights were out and I’m have a hard time seeing the menu cause of the lights not being on. After I said that, she immediately said, “they were like that when I got here” with an attitude. After hearing that response, I just drove off. What kind of a fool would I be giving my money to a restaurant with that kind of service?I’m in the fast food business and as a manager operating a restaurant, this service and that experience has definitely left me with a frustrating and bad taste in my mouth. I will never and I repeat go to that Wendy’s again.
My curbside order got marked complete therefore I could not change the location where I pick it up from. I,and other curbside customers, had to walk up to the drive-thru window because both of their DOORS were LOCKED and it is now past 12pm. Unacceptable.
Workers are very rude and don't care about the customer at all. Went to get my mom a biggie bag and asked for extra sauce. Was then handed a small drink and no extra sauce. I asked the man who handed me the food on why I was handed a small when the biggie bag gets medium drinks and he proceeds to rudely tell me that I was wrong. Just 20 minutes before this I had gone to the Loganville Wendy's and was handed a medium for the biggie bag. Literally scammed me for paying for a medium and not giving me what I ordered. This place is just awful all around
I LOVE the chicken biscuits in the morning and the sausage egg and cheese is also great! Would recommend for a good morning breakfast.(Also the iced coffee also pretty good)
I had a very poor experience at this location today. I pulled up to the drive thru to see a sign that said they were serving chicken, fries, and nuggets only. I had intended to buy my children a kids meal, but that was no big deal as I know the world is a little crazy these days. I de idea to go ahead and just get a frosty and a drink for my kids. After ordering, while we were waiting in line, my 3 year old son decided he wanted French Fries. I get to the window and I ask if it is not a problem if I can please add a small fry to my order. There are cars behind me in line, so I am fully expecting to maybe be asked to pull to the side while they prepare the fries, that is not a problem. Instead, I get a very rude and lazy response. The young girl in the window tells me, "oh it is too late, you can't order at the window." First of all, I am not ordering, I am modifying an existing order. Second of all, why not? This is something I have done hundreds of times before. Ultimately I was not able to get the fries and I had to try to explain to my 3 year old son why the woman in the window would not give us any fries. Not an easy or pleasant conversation to have with a small child. I am highly disappointed in the attitude of the employee at this location.
Served my parents both raw hamburgers yesterday 1/26/22.........not pink, red ground beef in the middle, and dried up rotten looking condiments on top. I forgot to tell them a few months back, never to go to that location (AKA Grayson, GA) after I was super excited about the jalapeño popper chicken sandwich that had just come out and the one I was given here was cold, like it had been sitting awhile, (probably my 30 min sit with two cars in front of me) and there was barely any of the toppings I was excited about, which were dried up. Bottom line.......this location needs a backhoe taken to it.
Forgot my shake....out of anything but spicy chicken..... They're always out of something. Reached the window.......I was already there.... Then told only cards...no cash. At a fast food joint. And btw... McDonald's fries still kill Wendy's I could go on.. He tried to keep my change said people just leaving it.. So I said I have a 5.....it's 5.30. So you have the thirty and I'll pay it next time plus I have to have the spicy chicken. He said no!!!! His manager came over and said well give it to me. Spicy chicken no shake. I won't come back to that location. Food is hit or miss at best anyway...I just live on the lake.... Close by. Smh
I’ve lived in this area for several years, and for as long as I can remember, this place has consistently screwed things up… But tonight, tonight takes the cake. Not only did they run my card twice (which I sent with my daughter to pick up food), they ALSO ran her card, saying my card had been declined. The girl working the window said they didn’t have receipts, so upon my return WITHOUT a receipt, she refers me to a manager to handle it.Said manager suggested I dispute the charges with my bank, as he’s not authorized to return transactions - otherwise I’d have to return in the morning so the GM could handle the problem. He then proceeds to give me the receipt in question, all the while in the background there are employees verbally upset that me parked at the window to handle THEIR ERROR is ruining their drive thru time stats for the night.I’ll be driving across town to the Loganville location for now on, and I’d STRONGLY advise you all do the same.Gotta do better #Wendys
