Great cooks and friendly staff.
This place is a mess when it comes to staff. Line cook was doing a great job..our server took twenty minutes to wait on us..ok it’s a tough job..she says lots of new employees. Manager came out started helping cook. Organize the orders etc..she never lost her cool..one new guy was so lost..it must be hard to get people but boy does she have a mess on her hands. The food was as expected for breakfast. Good but greasy lol. So many people lined up. We go to pay of course rung up wrong..she had to stop cooking to fix it..the line cook was great. She looks to be a good manager.. felt bad for her as staff she had on was pretty terrible
Was not the best WH experience we've had. Took extraordinarily long time for our drink order to be taken, no refills offered or asked about, food was over cooked to super crunchy, crispy and when I asked for extra sugar and creamer I got an exaggerated sigh, a huffy walk away and a 12 minute wait.
We just visited this Waffle House and seated ourselves. We waited for over 10 minutes and then decided to leave because the very attentive staff failed to make any attempt to come to our table. There were two servers and one cook and only one table occupied in the entire place. The occupied table had just paid and were getting up to leave.The servers were sitting at a table going through their tickets. This was not a covid issue or an issue where you were understaffed. It was bad service pure and simple.We will not be back. A score of zero is more appropriate.
We absolutely loved the service! Mick was very kind and thoughtful. I love the fact that he gets to know his customers. He gave a great smile to my daughters face when he brought her a waffle cut out with Mickey ears.
Went here two days ago, ordered waffles and bacon. The bacon was good the waffle was not, 3/4 of it was sappy and wet ? while 1/4 was done. Why would you put that in someone's plate. Disrespectful! Call to complain when I got home and no one answered.
The waiter is what made the difference. Mick was perfect. He got the orders right and the food came out quick and hot.
Incredibly hard workers! Short staffed, so their menu has been shortened to one page. All eggs are scrambled. Food was great!
My visit to Waffle House was ok. Since the start of the pandemic, I honestly do not expect much when it comes to customer service. The service was ok but the tables were all dirty when I walked in and they did not bother to properly clean the syrup bottle. I would not recommend this location to my friends and family.
