This is the worst taco bell I have ever eaten at. They always out of something. Their tacos and chalupas are stale and left under the heat lamp too long. I hate going out to eat because of this reason. No one cares about quality food anymore.
The drive thru at 1am was soooo slow but they hooked me up with extra food so we’re good
This is literally the only place open late. I was out very late and hadn’t eaten, so I stopped by. The line was MASSIVE… all the way out to the street and the service was very slow. After about 30 minutes in the drive-through, I received my 3 soft taco supremes. I take it home, and first notice there is no sauce and no napkins (they asked what kind of sauce I wanted). Then I take out the tacos, and immediately notice that there is no heat coming off of these things. I open them up and yes indeed…. Stone cold. And to make it worse, the “soft tacos” are completely hard and stale. Overall…. Horrid.
The worse. They had to hire the employees from Grayson’s Zaxby’s. I promise you all will not get another $$ from me. Drive Thru super slow - Order Super Wrong - Customer Service oh just forget about it.
I use to work at this location about 5 years ago. It was a good business with a great team. The management team and area coach were great. After I left they let go of everyone and now the place is a shitshow. They gave one of the most incompetent workers a promotion simply because they refused to hire someone with actual skills. They promoted someone who can barely take orders at the drive through. They care more about drive through time than their customers, and they dont care about the quality they serve anymore. If you want your order too be correct I guarantee you'll have to order, them get it corrected.
This location in loganville really sucks.When you go in their registers never work and if they work they only take cash ( not everyone carries cash)! they have 2 kiosk to place your order with a credit card and only one of them work. The manager is very rude.This location USED TO BE VERY GOOD!! Now SUCKS!!
I because 0 not available. They have taken away human contact. Told to order on machine. While waiting for R2 D2 to bring out my food, if you want to call it that, 5-6 would be customers left when they found out ordering process. More tortilla than ingredients. Owner's are abiding to dictatorship, but allowing this foolishness..If you told them they could fly, if they jumped off a cliff, certain they would. They're all caboose kisses and exhaust sniffers. No more bell. Ban together and let them know how you feel. Or are you just another cliff jumper?
Great Customer service during my visit on 1/10/21. The young man in the drive thru who helped me was very pleasant, helpful and patient. This was around 7:30pm at night. Keep him around!
The worst service ever!. I ordered uber eats for $30. The order was wrong. I drive to the Taco Bell and the line is super long. I get out to go to the door with a Taco bag telling them the order is wrong and the manager Daniel tells me to get in line. Woww!! I said ive been waiting for 2 hours, he said its policy. Cannot believe thisnkid is your manager? 0 customer service skills. If this guy continues as the manager, your business will fail at this location. Done with Taco Bell
Terrible. They are the slowest fast food place ever. Never correct. They hold you at the ordering box for who knows what reason.
