This location used to be amazing. They’re usually busy and it’s typically best to order 10 mins ahead on mobile orders. Anything over 10 mins my order is always gross and watered down. Get in line 5 or 6 cars are ahead of me when I ordered. By time I get to the speaker it’s been 10 min. They can’t find my order. They finally find it so we pull around get to the window and they ask us to get back in line that is now wrapped around the building because it’s not ready. There are no parking spots either. The lady at the window was super sweet but I refuse. I’m either getting a refund or waiting right there for my drink I’m fine with either option it’s just coffee, but I’m not getting back in line. She gets who I’m assuming is a manager who says I should put my order in 20 min. Ahead and that I put the order in 2 min. ago when I have a time stamped receipt that says otherwise. Why would I pay $7 for a watered down coffee because it’s just been sitting there?? 10 min. is plenty of time especially when they had no issues making like 4 drinks and food for the car in front of me that ordered at the speaker when I had one drink. She gets a bit of an attitude and insists there’s one parking spot. I refuse and just want my refund which I finally get after arguing with her.This store has been nothing but problems since they reopened. I don’t even care that it wasn’t ready but getting an attitude is not ok. I’d rather drive 30 mins to Snellville than go here again. Hope y’all fix these issues.

If only i could give a negative 0. This was literally the worse experience I have ever had at Starbucks which says a lot because I frequent Starbucks in different locations often. These people need to prioritize their order process. We sat i side with 2 people in front us for over 20mins for 2 tall drinks. When we questioned why our drinsk were not ready, we were told they were focusing on the mobile orders that had just came in. Now, why if we have been waiting for over 20 mins would you skip us and work on only mobile orders? I am so disgusted and now we are late to an appointment. FOR COFFEE? WTH?

Second time in a week I've ordered coffee WITH EXTRA EXPRESSO that tastes like water and/milk. Quality has definitely decreased.

They are slow at this location and they never make the drinks consistently the same. It's basically pour whatever into the cup and take their money.....It's starbucks so they won't complain! Big waste of money ?Taste like water but yet they charges extra money for the drizzle and crunch and put none in there!!!!!!!

The staff were pleasant and helpful. The store was recently remodeled and is a comfortable place to sit and enjoy coffee.

I waitied for my drink for a half an hour. My wife ordered a pink keto drink and asked the barista where were the strawberries. He said oh I'm sorry i forgot to tell you we are all out of strawberries...Slow...slow...slow. unbelievable.

Slowest and most unorganized Starbucks I’ve ever been in. Made an order inside for two coffees, waited 30 minutes, saw all the people before me come and go, multiple people come in and order things that they received immediately. Seriously… get it together guys.
