I tried this place last week and I still think about it everyday. The chicken was very well cooked and I like how if you want extra crispy they'll ask you how many more minutes so they don't overcook it. The cashiers are very nice and they clean the restaurant after every customer. Highly recommend you try their wings with kicking bourbon, funnel cake fries, and appetizers.
I went to this location in search of an adventure for my taste buds and so did I find it. Let me tell you a story...Upon entering the joint I approached the counter wherein behind was a nice, cheerful looking woman and told her that I wanted to order the legendary "ghost spice".Her face then twitched nervously and her smile faded..."Are you sure"?, she asked, "It's VERY spicy" she said looking ever more nervous at my request. "I am"., I said.At that she sped off to the kitchen to inform the cook of my death wish and prepare my meal. As I sat I began to regret my decision, but I was duty bound to follow through and complete my mission.After 10 excruciating minutes, she returned and so had her nervous expression. "Good luck..." she said with sincerity and reluctantly handed me my meal. I thanked her and turned for the door to head out, knowing that after this meal I may never be able to eat another for quite some time....Food: 10/10Staff: 10/10Cleanliness: 10/10*Would highly recommend this location, but BEWARE the Ghost Spice!
the food here is immaculate. they exceeded my expectations. even though i ordered take out, my fries were still fresh and crisp. the garlic parmesan was such a good flavor, definitely recommend. the kicking bourbon chicken tenders were so good, just the right amount of saltiness and sweetness. honestly, the perfect combo. the boneless wings were also bomb, crisp as always. the cashier named tracy was also so nice and welcoming. she gave me the best recommendations since it was my first time there. not only that, but she was so sweet, we had a conversation and she made my day. i can go on and on about my excellent experience here at spice wings loganville, definitely recommend.
My husband and I love the wings here they are meaty and not dry customer service is friendly and professional ……all positive good vibes wings are great!!!
What a fiasco.My husband and I decided to drive half an hour to try this wing place because of its high ratings. Once there we asked which flavors had citrus and dairy, as he has serious food allergies. Not only could they not tell us, but the manager told us it was up to us to look at the ingredients online before ordering!Then when asked if this or that flavor was sweet or hot, I was informed by the cashier she had not tried them and I just needed to order and figure THAT out for myself!There is no way to check ingredients at the corporate site. We looked. Also, most restaurants have a book listing ingredients for off-site preparations. Management just didnt want to take the time to make sure he could order safely.So he ordered plain wings, we'd add our own sauces at home. ONE young lady came out from the back and told him there was whey in the batter... so he cancelled his order and went next door to another restaurant while I waited for my wings.I observed the girls behind the counter bringing out the orders to folks like me waiting in the chairs... but when mine was ready they put it on the counter, pointed and said "your order?"I asked to see the young lady who took the time to warn my husband. The owner came out after 10 minutes and asked me if I was still there? She told me they were too busy for the employee to step out.. I said I wanted to thank her, and all of a sudden she had time to come see me.I thanked her for being astute enough to recognize the danger, for knowing her ingredients, and for caring enough to help me protect my husband's health. I also suggested she tell management to at least train her employees to taste and be familiar with their product. I cant be the only one to ask about the sauces!So, I got lousy service because I aske about ingredients and complained when they didnt know their ingredients or how things tasted? Then, I was denied access to the ONE employee with brains there?The food is okay, seriously, the two flavors I tried were good, but the service?There ARE other choices for wing's, Y'all.The majority of employees and management dont give a flip about you.
Let me just say this place WAS amazing!!!! I come here all the time and get the combos for myself and children. Love the call we receive when order is done. Today when picking up my order I realized I mistakenly online ordered “waffle fries” instead of my usual “wedge fries” trying to hurry up. I ordered online because wedge fries usually sell out fast. I asked to switch the waffle fries out to wedge fries, and the woman at the front said they could not, because That is what I had chose online but I could definitely purchase some for $3. I am like, are you serious? I haven’t even touched them, I am sure it would be a quick switch? She said no. I said is the manager here? She said yes but he will say the same. He looked at me and walked away. Not addressing the situation. I then say ok and leave. Called back and asked for my refund and they weren’t too happy with that either.Management, please look at customer service. Being rude to someone and losing customers over something so silly as fries is ridiculous. The manager literally looked right at me and walked away. This is something so simple that could’ve been switched out. Guess we will be looking for a new favorite wing place. Basically, if you have any issue, Management will not resolve. (Look at other reviews). All that glitters isn’t gold.
Absolutely the best wing spot in the Loganville area. My kids do not like bones so they get the tenders - always a good size. Service has never been an issue with us either!
Finally, a proper wing cooked properly! The wings were meaty and moist with just enough crisp to make a man smile wide. The sauces I tried (Hot, Mango Habanero, and Sriracha Glaze) were all very tasty, and there was enough to consider them as "wet". My only complaint is that my wings did not come with celery or carrots, but that is no big deal. I WILL BE BACK.
Clean restaurant. Good wings. My family loves it. We didn’t have to wait long for our food on a Sunday after Church so that was nice.
Over priced / order not right- AGAINOrdered over phone for wife to pickup. Paid $21.99 for 20 wings (before tax and tip). That’s more than $1 a wing! Asked for wings to be extra crispy. Seriously I made it abundantly clear to please make sure they were well done. We kind of joked about it. But the young girl seemed clear and said she would make sure it happens. —— I got fatty, slimy wings. This happened last time too. WHY did I come back??
