Food is good but service is the pits. Use the drive through but still expect to wait FOREVER. I used online app and had to go to door to get my food.
Hmmm? Ok I would have appreciate fresh onion rings but instead I got over fried and greasy ones. My shake was good.I tried it again and it’s more like the freshness I expected
The drive thru is a little slow but it was lunchtime. Food was hot and good.
I couldn’t order at the drive in side so i was told to go through the drive thru. I wait 15 mins in the drive thru to be told they were cleaning the sonic blast machine. Really I guess satisfying your customers is a thing of the past. Not to mention a couple of months ago I ordered from here and my order was completely wrong. Just needs to shut down. Ridicules
Last few times I've taken my kids it's been a negative experience. We pull up into the stall and hit the button but no one answers. We end up getting in line with other aggravated customers. We ordered mozzarella sticks and fries for an after baseball snack and they were cold. After waiting so long already and tired kids you just give up. Told the lady at the window and got baseline apology.
Just left there. Tried ordering from the outside walk-up area and was told that they were ONLY doing drive-thru. After my bf and I got back in the car and drove around for the drive-thru in the LONG line we witnessed a white couple place an order and pay with their card at the walk-up not even 1 min later. So we just left altogether because that makes no sense and we definitely weren’t spending our money here
It's okay. They have a hard time hearing you through the speaker and sometimes get your order wrong and take some time to give you your food. But overall, they have great food and it tastes ok
Only drive thru service at this time. A bit of a wait. May want to put up signs at your parking spot order boards to tell customers.Cheech and Chong were vapping up a storm in front of us and blowing back at us, making our wait more of a challenge.Overall, ok.
Food is good. Service is spotty. Not many workers. My blast was full with toppings all the way to the bottom!!
My corn dogs were not crunchy. They tasted like they had been cooked a long while.The onion rings were not freshly cooked, my Mom ordered a classic cheeseburger combo, she was not happy.Little bits and pieces of french fries, no ketchup on burger, My sweet tea was good though.
