Absolutely horrible. No stars!!!! Terrible service. Waitress never checked on us one timeEverytime we needed something we had to find her. We ordered ribs....she brought no extra napkins. I went to the bar and got them myself. We ordered wildberry sweet tea. Tasted like colored water. I asked her for skinny syrup...she didn't know what it was. Finally I just asked if she could bring some sweetener. She brought skinny syrup....lol...when the food finally arrived, it was cold. I asked her to heat it. She took the food and ten minutes later she gave it back to me the same temp it was when I gave it to her. I asked for a mgr. Told her everything. She re-made my order to go. Got home and the food had absolutely no flavor. We used to be regulars here, but the last two visits have not been good. We will not be back.
Went her for lunch cause it been awhile and I must say its my fault for letting it be so long... The food was really good they have a updated menu that was nice and of course the Garden Bar was setup nice with fresh food that tasted great.... But the best part of this visit was the customer service by the staff and especially Chris our waiter. In the times that we are in right now he was a breathe of fresh air when it comes to customer service and just really being taken care of as a customer ?. We have not experienced this type of service for a long long time. We even had to let the manager know of our experience and told her thank you as well. We will going back this week and many weeks following.
Service was terrible, waiter was too busy chatting with restaurant staff. Had the salad buffet and the items were limited. Partly because items weren't refilled and items that were refilled seemed old. I understand business experience difficulties getting people in the restaurants post covid but perhaps they would be better served putting out smaller amounts of fresh items and if business picks up. Put out greater amount of fresh items.
Wait staff was great. Menu is lacking. Only difference between this and Chili's is the salad bar. Now I know why the parking lot is empty during lunch on a Saturday.

Absolutely horrendous. The turkey burger tasted like old, rancid fish grease. They did bring out grilled chicken sandwiches as a replacement, but my last bite was the rancid fish taste. I was ill for hours. On the positive side, the salad bar was good.
Usually pretty good but they gave me the wrong order Tuesday... I'm a member..was... And when I called back was told it was after 4 so no remedy. I even paid extra to get what I wanted and tipped huge. All this for a little above average burger...... Which I enjoy normally btw. To my 21k followers.. It's me from the band echo lalia
Sat outside 10 min for curbside delivery...no one came.. called back and I gotta come inside. Why didn't you say that 10 mins ago..the food is not that good to act this way and expect customers to return..no wonder this chain is slowly closing
I went to this restaurant and had the worst service ever! after eating our salad we finally got our drinks 20 minutes later. our appetizer never came until at the end of the meal. we ordered two for $22 special meal that were charged individually on top of the $22 and was brought a bill of $103 being told that we were given I discount because of the poor service it took them three times to bring a bill that still was not correct! if it weren't from my boyfriend being scared of being arrested for walking out I would not have given them any money! horrible service management is a debacle! no need to go there at all they need to concentrate more on their Ruby Tuesday's menu then their beast Burger menu which is a ghost restaurant coming out of Ruby Tuesday's. like I said horrible horrible horrible don't go there
First, I called and was put on hold for 10 minutes before hanging up and calling back. Someone immediately answered the second call. I placed an order for pick up. When I got home and opened it both items were completely wrong. Called to let them know it was the wrong order and was put on hold again. I drove all the way back while STILL ON HOLD. (I live 15 mins away). When I went in I was told the manager is in the back cooking and hasn't decided what to do about my order. I said just give me my money back. The cashier asked if I wanted them to make the order over again. It would take about 20 minutes. While waiting one of the wait staff said they were swamped with orders. Yet, I observed 4 employees sitting around doing nothing with no masks in a pandemic. Plus, it's Tuesday night in a small town. No crowd. Not swamped. Just slow. I went outside bc someone was coughing.Finally got my remade order 2 hrs later. The manager never offered to make it right nor did she come out to apologize.We spend btw 30 and 50 bucks an order at least every 2 weeks. That's at least 2k. I will never spend another penny at Ruby Tuesday.
