KFC used to be a place to go for decent, if not great, chicken. Not so much any more. I have previously given much-deserved negative reviews to the Loganville KFC, so I thought I would give the one in Snellville a try. It was marginally better, but that is a very low standard. I ordered the original recipe because it is usually moister than the others. This was dry and either grossly over cooked or had been under the heat lamp for a very loooong time. Their sweet tea is too sweet for my taste, so I asked for half sweet half unsweetened with lots of ice as it was a very hot day. Everything is takeout, of course, but I was going less than a mile before reaching my dining spot. By the time I began to eat, nearly all the ice had melted, and the tea wasn’t even cold. Oh, yes! The employee at the window was wearing the required mask. ON HIS FREAKING CHIN! Color me unimpressed and unlikely to go back.
I went in to get my family some dinner. I walked into the restaurant and got ready to order. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes because nobody even knew I was there. I went and waved at the manager. The cook looked at me and laughed? Everybody had headphones on!! The cook then got everybody laughing and kept pointing at me. I didn't get any service or any food. I wouldn't go to this KFC EVER again.
I had the worst experience at KFC in Loganville (Hwy 78) . We paid for two buffet family meals. When we got to the counter there was barely anything left in the serving containers. They told us they were out of food. I attempted to have the issues resolved and the manager walked off on me. Even tho it was the fault of the store not have the food that we already paid for. This is not good business. The worst customer service I’ve had.
KFC has always been a favorite... but this time ... the worst.... We got the 12 piece bucket and it was so over cooked we couldn't tell the original from the x-crispy, also very very dried out. So sad. A total waste of $22.25..un-eatable.
We have been to this kfc a few times and always said we would not go back. We found hair in our chicken but even the worse was finding hair with a rubber band tied up in there. Omg,, my husband said today he was gonna give it one more try. He goes and the chicken was fried in old, old grease. You could tell my looking at it and the taste was horrible. It is honestly the last time we will ever go there. The service sucks and the restaurant is very nasty!!!! No more
First, how is their health score still that high? The service was way slow. They must have ran out of chicken or something. The poor staff looked to be lost without a leader. I blame the mgr staff. The tables in the diner area were all dirty, the drink area filthy, and again the wait time was horrible. I ordered a three piece, easy right? Well the chicken lacked any flavor and greasy. The potato wedges we're cold and the only thing good was the mash potatoes. Corp needs to address this restaurant, I won't be back again till it's fixed. Stay away and go to Bo's instead.
If I could give them a zero I would. Ordered a #7 breast meal at almost 5pm on a Friday night and I ordered an extra breast. The chicken was so old that I couldn't even eat it or pull it off the bone to feed to my cats! Biscuit and cookie old too! This is not the 1st time getting horrible food here! Of course they didn't give me a receipt! Not going back!
the last 2 times I went there they gave me chicken that was from the day before you could just tell it was old much better when fresh
Went there on Friday 5/25/18 and dined in. What a mess. Had to clean a table to sit at. Floor around the soda station was wet and slippery. Tables had plates with scraps of food left from previous customers. It was disgusting. One employee came out and moved the highchairs to the storage location without even wiping them off. Plenty off people standing around behind the counter and not one person cleaned the dining room in the 35 minutes we were there. Food was ok but the cleanliness was terrible. Won't be back there.
