I gave Four Stars simply for the food. Customer Service means a lot, your food could be good but customer service or a lack of will turn anyone off. As a business owner myself my only advice would be to properly train those who are working in the front. The food (especially the oysters was amazing) however you have to do better in speaking and connecting with customers. I noticed the reason that there is a low score for your restaurant it’s mostly for the lack of customer service. Also the price of your items are pretty good compared to most seafood restaurants in your area!
I bought the B4 combo, with extra snow crab. Cajun hot. This was a birthday dinner for a family member. They liked it very much.They said:"Meal had a good amount of food, good amount of tasty seasoning, crawfish good, shrimp deveined and good, and the snow crab was divine. Broccoli was good, potatoes nicely cooked. Would definitely eat their food again."Corn was not eaten because they didn't usually eat corn at all, so no comment.Place had various beers and wines, spacious seating, clean fresh environment, and entertaining music/videos. Nice addition to the neighborhood. My first time here. Great place for a large party of people.Don't be cheap coming here; you get what you pay for. If you want cheap, go to Captain D's.Thank you guys/gals!
Seafood hunky here! Although portion sizes have changed and prices remain a little high, the food us great and service was on point!
It was nice and clean, the customer service was great. The food on the other hand was bland...my mom even said the same thing...later on I became ill. I think my food selection was just a bad choice. I will give the place one more visit to see if another menu selection works.
My family first time eating here, the first impression was great the place is spacious, clean, nice atmosphere, the staff were friendly, the food portions were more than enough, the catfish was Large and flavorful favorite. We will definitely return as routine customers. Ohhh the coleslaw was really good as well. ?
I must say, after 3 different visits of ordering different dishes from here, I do not understand the bad reviews. I've ordered the Cajun pasta the first time. I do not like very spicy things, but I do enjoy a good pasta. I ordered the pasta medium (they also had two other spicier options). The pasta was pretty good. The flavor was to my liking and it was what it was... medium spicy. Oh, on this same visit my husband ordered the fish po'boy and BOY, do they give you a lot of fish! It was very tasty!!!The second time around, I ordered the fish dinner (you choose between three different types of fish). I chose the tilapia and it was such a huge portion of it. It was seasoned perfectly and crispy just like I like it. I was addicted to this place by this time.The third time I ordered I ordered the combination plate. I got the catfish, oysters, shrimp, hushpuppies, and fries. Once again, they did not disappoint. The seasoning was impeccable, the flakiness of the fish, and also the other components were extremely delicious! You can tell the hushpuppies were handmade and not some generic food that was frozen from another company and shipped there. I really enjoy their food guys.I do not understand the bad reviews unless someone is trolling this place due to them being a competitor. But the bad reviews are a bit detailed so maybe not. Maybe they've just heeded the complaints and got better over time. Hey, that's what businesses should do! Whatever the reasons, I just wanted to come quite a bit of times to provide a good solid review with honesty and integrity. Oh, whether by phone or in person, the customer service was always great, too. The first time I called the woman helped me so much we stayed on the phone about 10-15 minutes because I asked so many questions about different dishes they offered. It is true she could have been schooled a bit more on what they offered but she still knew exactly who to ask to find the answer. I will not complain too much about that part.
Worse place ever .they messed up our order then told us they don't do refunds and that we would have to accept the food like she gave it too us half done in the person that said that was the owner . We spent over $30 on half cooked food that we had to take home in continue to cook so we wouldn't waste our money. I'm never eating there again. Bad Customer Service
This is not it. Grease is all you taste with the fried fish. Shrimp was over cooked and rubbery. Everything else is covered in butter with no seasoning.
I just ordered takeout from this place lastnight 12/15.. I spent 70.00 on 4 plates and a side of shrimp fried rice. I asked that my fish and fries were cooked crispy... they were not. I talked to them over the phone and asked this before placing my order. They also don't season the fish enough. I will not be ordering from them again
Ate here i asked for Cajun food wasn’t Cajun flavored at all.I asked for noodles i didn’t get my noodles once i left her knew the mistake she bought me back literally a very tiny portion of middles. Then she said we’re not allowed back because we didn’t tip.
