Every single time I go there I pay way too much for a macaroni they don’t even fill up the way they should and then they give me the smallest possible pieces of chicken. They never give me my sauce that I pay for or they will purposely lie to me and tell me they don’t have something that they obviously have. Someone told me they were out of chicken which is all they sell. It’s wayy too expensive I pay 40 dollars for 2 people no fast food should be that high
We never get what we order. We asked for a gallon of sweet tea and got home, it was unsweetened. Ordered and 8pc, got home, didn't have a correct order. They never get our orders correctly. You just better sit there and check before you pull off.
Very rude customer service . Woman with glasses at the window when I told her my order was wrong repeatedly tried to correct me and tell me it was NOT. I pulled it out of bag and showed her. 12$ for the wrong sandwich then when I asked for my own sauce she wanted to charge more. Gave me the wrong side I asked for snatched the bag from me and was yelling throughout the store. Very unprofessional will not be going back.
Wonderful! The guys there were awesome. We were out late and about an hour from home, we hadn’t had supper yet and we’re very hungry. The dining room closed at 10:00, we pulled in at 10:00 as they were locking up the doors. They allowed us to come in, order and eat inside. Great customer service, the kind you don’t see any longer. The food was fresh and hot, very good. When we are in that area we will be back. Hopefully the owners/management will see this review and commend the folks that were working the night of 7/8/22.
It seems like no matter what Popeye's I go to, the level of service is the same. I actually went there to pick up a delivery order, and after arriving I was told that one of the items wasn't available, which means extra time for me to have to call the customer and advise, and then possibly wait longer for them to prepare an item to replace what was unavailable, not to mention the fact that the REST of the order wasn't ready, and they did not start preparing it until after my arrival. As an independent contractor, I don't get paid by the hour, which means every second counts and extra unnecessary time spent waiting for orders that SHOULD be ready on arrival takes away from time that I could already be on to the next order.
I would have given a higher rating, but they really didn't care to give me a receipt just because the printer doesn't work all the time. Seems a bit lazy if you ask me. The food could have been better, but I guess I should just be thankful this location has the chicken I asked for. So I also guess that makes me miss out on the opportunity to receive a free 2 piece because I can't provide my feedback. Great job!
I would give zero stars if I could. It took forever to get our food. We had to pay for a cup of water! Asked for honey mustard sauce and had to pay for that too. Asked for napkins (3 people in our party). They only gave us 3 napkins, which is useless if you are eating fried chicken. They did give us more when we asked for it.Total fail at customer service.
Ifinally took the opportunity to eat the famed chicken sandwich that do many people lost their minds about. It was ok. The meat was tender and juicy but a bit bland.The lady who took my order was super sweet and pleasant. She's what made my experience most enjoyable!
This Tuesday at Popeye's was a nightmare. The price on the menu was not the price we were charged. What they rang up was higher. On top of it they could not print a receipt for us.. We wanted a refund. No one at the restaurant had the authority to refund us. Waiting 15 minutes for a manager to drive to the store for a refund.
There are positive experiences here, but those that frequent this location know how poorly managed it truly is. Many times they are out of items all together, drive thru service is poor, receipts cannot be given at the drive thru and have been "down" for months! Sometimes charged for condiments, sometimes not... Overall frustrating to come here! You're better off going to Bojangles down the road.
