Pizza was over 1 1/2 hours late. App said 25 to 30 minutes. Store didn't even call to tell us it would take so long. I called them and they said they only had one driver. I get the labor force is down but let us know this information before we order or stop taking online orders if you know you have only one driver for the night. This has happened several times at this store. And not once did they offer a discount for their bad service.
Had no issues this time. Whomever made my pizzas took time to ensure all items on the pizza were evenly distributed over the entire pizza. They had a sufficient amount of requested product and did so with accuracy and fidelity, this time.
We arrived 5mins early to pick our order. Our pizzas was cold and very chewy. Our cheese sticks was not even cut and hard like rocks. Our Cinnabons was burnt on the bottom. I know Pizza Hut could do better. 2 pizzas 1 box of cheese sticks 1 box of Cinnabons all thrown away. Thank you for the survey to give me aaa chance to voice my opinion because know one else would listen or offered to correct it. That was $45 down the drain.
Sadly, We had had so many problems with this Pizza Hut. I am a Pizza Hut lover and even tho my husband says not to order from PH again I always give you all another chance to do better. This time we got our pizza super fast which NEVER happens, it’s almost always way behind on delivery time and then when we get it, it’s usually wrong. Tonight we got the pizza super fast and it was made correct, but it was burned and there was barely any cheese on it. Even my small kids asked what’s wrong with the pizza. Once again I was very disappointed in Pizza Hut.
I ordered 6 pizzas and spent 63 dollars. The pizza was suppose to be pan crust, however they were so thin i should have gotten that instead. I know it was new years eve and busy.
Food delivery given to Uber driver was completely incorrect. Called and the line on the other end was picked up but nobody said anything. Was just wondering if my food might have still been there.
The delivery was time and pizza was hot. The food was just not very good. The taste was bland and off. The stuffed crust pizza was thin and soggy. The pan was missing toppings (cheese) on 1/3 of the pizzas. Wings lacked flavor. Marinara tasted awful. Just not the pizza hut taste I remember or wanted.
I ordered extra cheese, cheese only pizza. The crust was a thin crust - which is not what I ordered and it barely had any cheese on it. It had the texture of cardboard.
ROBERTO HAS BEEN TURNING THINGS AROUND‼️After a poor experience a while ago, the manager has been turning things around. Made notes to ensure they knew I WAS in delivery area. I have received the BEST wings ever from Pizza Hut! I have always loved the Personal Pans every since the Reading program as a kid, now I get great customer service to accompany!
The ingredients tasted so fresh. I highly recommend the Loganville Pizza Hut. I was starting to give up on ordering pizza, but decided to give them a try...so glad I did. That was the best pan meat lovers we've ever eaten. And the staff was very friendly and inviting. Will definitely be ordering from there again. Job well done Loganville Pizza Hut.
