Wonderful experience. The very kind young man working today (6/9) was so understanding and accommodating. My son has special needs and tends to have major issues with any kinds of “funky” spots on the pizza (like, running, screaming). The guy was so sweet about it and remade his pizza for him and it was perfect. If you’re reading this, I’m so sorry I didn’t get your name. But he loved that the “pizza robot” made it. :) Thank you so much!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!! They are the worst!!!!!!!If I could give this place a 0, I would. I placed an order, a whole hour passed. I called in to find out the status of the order and was told by an employee the problem of the company which was "we only have 2 drivers." I said, its been over an hour. He then stated that "we only have 2 drivers so you just have to wait." I said, excuse me." He then stated, JUST WAIT!!I then asked to speak to the manager. Watson answered the phone and stated that he was the manager. I explained the issue. He very nonchalantly said, I can cancel your order. I told him to get my order out immediately being that my daughter was having a sleepover. Please keep in mind that I have been ordering from this place for over 12 years!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I WILL BE CONTACTING CORPORATE IN THE MORNING!!!!Take your money elsewhere!!!
On mother's day we ordered a large order. They only delivered half of the order. No call back to let me know. I had to call Papa John's. The manager acted like this was my fault. No apology. Manager Raul said he will send out the rest of the order and refund me. I did get the rest of the order 30 minuteslater, but a refund never was submitted. I did not ask for a refund, but if you offer it then keep your promise. All they had to do is apologize for the inconvenience. Customer service goes a long way.
they service garage do not ear at this location
I wish I could give this establishment a 0 star rating. The young lady working on Saturday evening had one of the worst customer service that I have ever had in a fast food restaurant. I ordered the pizza on line which told me 25 minutes. After about 10 minutes I went in to the restaurant to wait. The young man on the register helped the two persons ahead of me then attended to me. He informed me that my order would take about 10 more minutes. He was then asked to help with making the orders. There was a discussion between them about which one was my order. The young woman then came to me and insisted that I take a seat because all take out orders would be not less than 30 minutes no matter what. Then she walked off. The same young man stated he was about to make my order. However, she turned to him and said no, we will get to it whenever we get to it, do the other orders. The other guy giggled, she said I am serious she will be waiting. At that point I decided that I would cancel my order as I was not willing to wait an additional 30 minutes because I didn't take a seat or because someone was having a bad night. After I finally got her attention I asked why is it that my order is going to take an additional 30 minutes when the young man told me 10 minutes? She cut me off and said "because it is". So I politely asked her to cancel my order, to which she responded "Gladly!" She turned to the other guy and said loud enough for me to hear, "I don't care". I am not sure why my not wanting to sit caused such a problem but it has been quite a while since I ordered from Papa John's but that experience showed me that nothing has changed. There was nothing about my interaction that should've triggered the attitude that I received. However, if an establishment has a problem with me for no other reason than who I am then they can keep their food. If this behavior is limited to the employee then she should not be allowed to represent the company. The two customers ahead of me were both treated with respect. One was a woman the second was a man. Both were white. Sad times.
Sat on hold for almost and hour only to call from a different hold and be asked to put on hold I told them I’m on hold on my other phone now almost an hour and wondering where the rest of my order is??? The guy answered and when I stated I’m trying to see where my order is he just put the phone down and went back to work lol I then sat on that phone for another 51 min lol They brought me half the order then the delivery driver acts as if he didn’t realize I didn’t have it. I was calling to get a credit or something but I’m not able to reach anyone as if there is only one person in the store. Has to be some of the worst customer service in Loganville. Paid almost $40 plus a tip of $12 to only receive $14 worth of food. Next time I order I’m going to be sure not to tip! Thank you!!
Words cannot describe how horrible this pizza location is… I hope my review will save people from experiencing cold pizza , bad customer service, unhealthy , unsafe environment. Very stingy with cheese or sauce … this place is worst location
Worst pizza location ever experienced in Georgia. Always delivered cold. Hardly any cheese or sauce on a specialty pizza.waste of money and time
Food is usually alright. The drivers ignore any requests you make for non contact delivery/ food to be left on porch, so be warned and order at your own risk as they might be spreading around Covid since they don’t wear masks.
The facility itself is run down and understaffed. Management is constantly changing do to he lack in ability to keep it running properly. You order a pizza with a estimate of 45 min and it takes 2 hours to recieve your pizza. Then the pizza is Luke warm and the pizza is smashed. On top of this, have had an employee make smart remarks about how much he was being tipped.. This has happened on multiple occasions. Management doesnt take responsibility and always has an excuse with no courtesy to its customers. You're better off ordering else where or going out, you'll eat and get your food faster.
