I have gone there so many times over the years and each month they just get worse and worse. How does a Panda Express not have WHITE rice for 3 weeks straight is beyond me
Excellent portions. Good selection. Tasty meal. Will definitely return. Clean dining area. Enjoyed sitting down for a meal here. Friendly service.
While visits here are occasional, I've been pleased with the food and service. Sometimes there is a wait for the popular items, but it's never been too long. Drive thru can get crowded and a bit slow if you go that route during peak times.
Will not be going back to the Loganville location. The last three times I've been they filled my bowl with rice and a small, tiny bit of meat. I'm not paying $8 for a bowl of rice. I'll go to the Snellville location where they don't rip people off for a small meal. Shameful.
This is the second time my food has been missing. I ordered the honey sesame chicken and the sweetfire chicken with fried rice. I only got the sweet fire chicken. I took pictures but then pressed back and lost them and now I've eaten off the food. However on top of that the chicken wasn't hot and the didn't have any duck sauce or plum sauce. To anyone else I advise you to go to another location that makes sure that their customers have everything they need and pay for. Otherwise stay on top of your order because they will mess it up or leave things off. Apparently, this is a persistent issue so I hope management figures it out with their team
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Don’t waste your money or time. Rosanna is rude. The manager, who is also a female is very rude. I should have known with the horrible reviews. So much for giving people an opportunity, NEVER again will I patronize such an “establishment”. I hope this place closes, they’re not even worth the one star, but I couldn’t post without at least one star. Horrible customer service, lied and said my order was not available while they continued to help everyone else. My food was ready the entire time, as I placed an online order. However, they continued to say it was not their location, although I showed them my order number confirming all details. They need training on professional customer service. My two sons can run a better establishment.
This was the nastiest food. Everything was bland and tastless. We were so disappointed and this is the third time this has happened. Three strikes amd it hasn't gotten better. The Loganville PE is hideous. Prepare the food like the other PE do!! The Snellville PE is much better.
Ordered a family meal got beef an broccoli there was no beef only juice an broccoli ? we get noodles an it's half noodles half rice has happened a 2nd time! If I could rate it wouldn't get even 1 star
This place got a 65 on their health inspection this month. I didn’t know this and I ate there approximately 13-14 hours ago and I came down with all the symptoms of food poisoning. Check the score before you order. I’m paying for my mistakes.
Wow...this place is going down. For months now they've had a list on outside menue of what they don't have....I swear this list of what they don't have is larger than what they have! You can only blame covid and biden for so long. It's about annoying. Lol
