Absolutely the worst fast food experience ever... and like a fool I went back 3 times this week due to work schedule.... EVERY SINGLE ORDER WAS WRONG.... To make it worse they have 35467 "workers" in there all infighting, arguing, goofing off, and with the worst attitudes I've ever seen. I'm not sure how the insubordination and disrespect to one another, better yet the Customer is even tolerated. They'd be better shutting this place down!!
Drive thru line took so long. If they ask you to pull forward and park be forewarned you will be sitting for a very long time and/or forgotten about. I told the drive thru lady “please don’t forget I’m sitting there.” What do you know? I sat in the reserved parking spot for 15 minutes ….for 1 medium iced coffee.I finally took all my kids out of the car and that was a big inconvenience. Went inside to ask for a refund and got no apology. Inside was a complete madhouse.Not my first bad experience here. Store is individually owned and not corporate. I would advise the owner look for new employees.
Seeing management and staff sitting and braiding hair while their location was falling apart, filthy from the entrance to the bathrooms was very frustrating.Not one table was clean and ready to receive dine-in guests. Trash had obviously not been taken out as trash cans were topped over. Floors had not been swept nor mopped. Bathrooms were dirty too.The issues seen didn't seem to be from being short staffed as we saw plenty of staff standing around, helping themselves to refills or sitting and chatting. This location appears to be suffering from poor and unorganized management.Food took longer than it should to come out. Drive-thru lines were long outside, patrons inside seemed anxious and impatient, waiting for their food too.When food finally came out, it was a mess and not even fresh to justify the long wait. Food was lukewarm and chewy, even the fríes were not hot. Burgers were badly wrapped, boxes were greasy and food overall was not prepared with care (at all).The whole experience was bad. Never again to this location.
The kid at the window handed me 4 large drinks in a carrier. He didn’t push the drink down all the way and one of the lids wasn’t on all the way. He handed it to me in a hurry and right when I grabbed it, one of the drinks spilled all over my Passenger seat in my brand new car. They also got my order wrong on the receipt, after I repeated myself over and over again to the girl in the intercom. The guy that refunded my money seemed nice, but I’m never going there again after they damaged my car and got my food wrong AGAIN. Most of the workers are lazy and rude.
Terrible customer service!!! I waited there for 20 minutes just for a Big Mac meal and 6 pc. Kids meal. I recieved the burger and drink. No fry.Got the kids meal and only toy and fry came in the box. I had to remind them what my order was and for them to give me an attitude back because they been behind all day.That location was once known to quick in service and now its one of the worst service in the area. Lobby is dirty and behind the registers are a mess. Someone tell Ronald Mcdonald that one of his houses is being ran terribly.
Another error: ordered 2 fries, 40 nuggets and 3 chicken sandwiches, an ice coffee. Came home, opened the bags and 1 sandwich was missing.
Yesterday we stopped by and went inside because the drive through was really long. Long line inside also. We are waiting to order in a crowd around 2:50pm. Tall young man in a gray collared shirt Politely apologizes to everyone in the room about the wait and was completely professional. Understanding the staff is short everywhere and just kind words go a long way with customers and he knew this. Fantastic. We ordered our food (double cheeseburger and chicken sandwich with sweet tea) when our food arrived it was hot and delicious. Excellent job Loganville location. You are definitely our only go to place for a quick bite. I also noticed a man wearing a mask taking orders outside to cars that was working so hard. Excellent team. Thank you.
Usually the employees are really nice here but today they were really rude. The lady at the drive thru taking orders was rushing us to finish our order saying “ma’am is that all” over and over again. We pulled to the window and was asked if I pull forward. We were sitting there for 15 minutes and our food was cold when we got it. This is a shame considering they’re usually nice here.
The whole place is disgustingly dirty. Employees are totally apathetic to you. I told the manager that the same food that was on the window sill in the play area yesterday, is still there. Her response “interesting”. Guy came in from the drive through “you didn’t give me my happy meal”, response “my bad”. Customer after us, “you left out my French fries”, after they argued with them, they were on the counter behind them. Our 2 happy meals had no drink, no nugget sauce, our #7 only had 1 burger. When you go back up to get it fixed, they are irritated. How do these people stay in business?
All in all this location is decent for a Mcdonalds. What impressed me most however was their ability to get the food out quickly and keep the line moving. They even have designated parking spots where they bring out your food for folks that order a sizeable amount which really helps to keep the flow of the line steady. So I can't say what the inside service is like, but I'll be coming back for their drive thru service for sure.
