I am apart of Marco‘s reward for the Loganville location. However, they do not honor your discount codes. You’re better off to find a different Marco‘s Location who will honor their Loyalty Reward members!!! Watkinsville is great! I’ll drive 20 minutes out of my way to go to Watkinsville!!!
MARCO PIZZA’S STAFF LACKS MANAGEMENT AND HUMAN RESOURCESFORTUNATELY, the people who work at this place make customers decide not to continue buying Pizza. A guy who has an Indian accent and works at this place is the one who usually answers the calls when you order pizza for delivery. This guy lacks management and expects everyone to understand what he says on the phone. If you make an order and, for some reason, you can't understand him, he will automatically hang up the call and leave you talking. This guy doesn't deserve to work at Marcos Pizza.
Our pizza was delivered lukewarm and had very little sauce.
Excellent pizza! Fast and friendly service. Not open for dine in at this time, but would love to come back when that is available
The owner is rude and abusive to his employees in front of customers. When I witnessed this, I just left. I will not support a business that treats their employees badly!
A friend of mine has a holiday tradition of having Monkey Bread for Christmas breakfast. She couldn't find biscuits anywhere, and Marco's sold her enough pizza dough to make her Monkey Bread-and it turned out better than with biscuits! Way to go Marco's.
I’ve been waiting an hour and half for delivery for one pizza and still waiting. This is ridiculous. I called and they stated they only have one driver.
I live locally and come here a lot. The service has improved and I actually got a chance to meet the owner who was working with the staff- nice guy pizza was fresh and he had a smile even though it was slammed and I had several questions which means a lot!!
I do not want to give them a STAR AT ALL! There customer service is horrible. I was outside wait at curbside while they were inside talking. Management is horrible do not order from them at all there services are unprofessional. They are also telling workers to not answer the phone. The owner's wife told me I don't know nothing about business & I told her I own a beauty & barber salon....... She had to call her husband to ask if I can get my money back are you kidding me..... They pay must be very low this is why they're short staffed I would never ever order from them....
I go there about every weekend and usually spend around $60-$70. Most of the time the manager is there working, but the few times he hasn’t been there the customer service was very unprofessional to say the least. Tonight I came in to place an order at 8;45 and the young lady behind the counter told me they were not taking anymore orders because they only had three people working, but as I was walking out the door she took a call in order. I went to my truck and got a business card and went back inside and handed it to her and ask her to have him give me a call when he got back from taking a delivery. And needless to say I never received a call. I placed an order next door and stood outside waiting on it, and the whole time the young lady just stood at the cash register. I would think if they were that busy to not be taking orders she would be back helping the others get the backed up orders caught up.
