they never responded to my complaint.
They never have orders on time!! Most times they don't start my order till I get there and it's supposed to be done when I walk in the door. I'm a delivery driver.
I ordered and paid online , got a email my order was ready, i arrived and they said one pizza was missing said it would be about 5 more minutes, well i ended up waiting 30 minutes for the pizza which was supposed to already be ready!! So frustrated
I went in to pick up a cheese pizza and crazy bread. There was no one at the front. I finally got someone’s attention. I was asked what I wanted, so I told him. He replied with, I have a bunch of orders before you, so I’m not taking any new orders”. Hun?’! I left but am like what the heck it’s 2:30pm?
Ordered a meatlover's pizza and 2 sides of wings. It came quickly within 10 minutes. Guess that should've alerted me there was a problem. Soon as I got into traffic, I tried a wing... still partially raw... pizza? Should've gotten a frozen one from publix next door. Lukewarm, entirely too much sausage, and ONE (1) piece of pepperoni.. I wouldn't recommend even if you were feeding the homeless! I wasted money just to end up eating the leftovers I should've eaten anyway!!!
Always trying to do their best. Especially jen then josh then the young one at the register. Out of the way to make you happy.......for just a cheap pizza. Hint...have then make a fresh one for you & their thin crust is fire
Closed in Saturday!!!!???. It's a pizza places that closes on a Saturday people. Should I say more?!? Go to Your pie next door best pizza ever!!! Closed on Saturday! Really. Did I mention that this pizza place is closed on Saturday?
Ordered pizza to arrive at 430 for a party. Got here at 520. Cold and some items missing. Tried to call but phone never answered and then after 5 rings goes to fax machine noise. Want a refund. $50 waisted!
My experience was great food was fresh I ordered 3 pizzas all were on point. The manager took my order he was pleasant.
I was greeted with a young lady that was very professional and caring. “Welcome to little caesars how can I help you” she gave the best service I ever received at this location. I asked her name, Haley. She was welling to help everyone waiting and moved swiftly and efficiently. I don’t usually leave reviews but she was a woman on a mission. Kudos to this high school worker!
