Fast SERVICE, FAST ORDER, While at the bar watching my favorite movie (FAST N FURIOUS) AND LISTENING to one of my favorite musician Lisa LOPEZ.
Horrible food and service!!! I walk in the restaurant and asked the server for my to go order, she tells me to go to the bar and pay. As I am walking to the bar with confusion on my face I turn back around and I tell her I already paid.. she leaves to tell them about my order and a server brings it to the to go area. I walked up And saw my name and an older guy starts to hand a grub hub deliver his bag and I showed him my food and told him my Name and he proceeds to pull the bag back and say card. Once again I am confused as already paid so I show my ID to confirm my name.. then he goes back and forth with me and said oh you paid online and finally hands me my bag. The encounter was definitely rooted in racism and the customer service was terrible.
Used to be one of my favorite places in loganville. They changed the menu and took away their famous fajita and margarita specials. They raised the prices on most, if not all, menu items. Taking away specials plus raising prices? That is really disappointing as we would go there *at least* once weekly, but now we might only visit once a month. I would definitely recommend they bring back their famous specials because us locals are starting to look elsewhere for dinner.
I Have been a EXTREMELY loyal Customer to Labamba For years. I have watched as this place went through manager after manager Server after server and bartender after bartender all along as the Owner Juan continues to let this place go to ruins. Let’s start By saying The new Manager needs a lot more Training. Today I placed an order for my staff (again) and This would not be the First time but rest assured it will be the last time! Fast Forward To today The food comes and they brought 1 tray of chicken 1 tray of steak But tons of the cheap stuff (rice lettuce sour cream guacamole and onions ) for a fajita bar that was a very steep price! 300 more than I have ever spent with Labmaba for the same fajitas bar However we are in new times so I understood the increase. However I was totally ripped off! But as loyal as I have been to this place I felt the need to WARN any other business that looks to provide lunch to your employees DO NOT USE LABAMBA! I also Tipped EXTREMELY well for the server and the kitchen to make sure I shared the Tip around! The new manager lied to me twice when I asked about the Food Ounces and Quantity! To say Dissatisfied and Disappointed is and understatement!
I places a take out order and wites for it at the bar. It took over an hour to get my order. Part of the order was missing (a chicken quesadilla), my hamburger (ordered just the meat patty due to allergies) was smashed to bits. My son's nachos were good. Guess I went there on an off night.
Food was delicious. Presentation was delicious. Atmosphere outside was beautiful. The weird dessert was to be desirable.
10 out of 10 will be eating here again!! Food came out hot and fast!! The drinks were delicious!! Laura and Emma our waitress were nice friendly and professional. Can’t wait to go back.
The food was BUSSIN. The ladies were BEAUTIFUL. AMAZING music. AMAZING food. AMAZING service best restaurant. Love it here best restaurant you can take your friends/family to.
Love the service love the quality of the food!Did Christmas orders and it was such a positive experience all around.The tamales and chili relenos are 10/10
