Another terrible Experience with KFC as a whole. I place an order on your website, it processes and I am charged...just to go pick up my order the doors are locked and the Manager tells me i'm sorry we are closed and we can't control app orders which makes no sense at all. Now, keep in mind the store doesn't close till 10pm but at 9:15pm, when I arrive to pick up my confirmed order, they are closed. UNACCEPTABLE!! Now I must wait 10 business days for my refund. Thanks for absolutely nothing KFC once again. I'm done.
My 10 piece original chicken was fresh and good. The cashier at the window was pleasant.
If I could give this place 10 zeros I would! Went on 03/20. Got a 8 piece chicken looked on the box could feed it to any one.. I tired calling a total of 10× not one answer. I will be paying them a good visit.
Arguably Loganville's worst restaurant. They curse at you, don't have food, are higher priced than surrounding location KFCs (so you PAY EXTRA for the privilege of being treated like garbage) and say they haven't had something in stocks for two months when you bought one a couple of days before. Never going back. I'll drive to Grayson if I need KFC from now on- it's less expensive ($3.99 instead of $4.49 for sandwiches, and $3.99 instead of $5 for pot pies or bowls, assuming Loganville can decide whether they have them or not)... and dont call ahead to see if they have something in stock- they don't bother to answer the phone. You shpw up and they won't give you the franchise owners contact info so you can inform them of the money they are losing.
Had my order ready when we got there but since it was tied up in a bag did not check it. Found a couple items missing when I got home. Good food but lack of attention to the order.
Kfc has gone down hill or at least at this location. Chicken is super greasy and bland. Original chicken seems to be missing there seasoning in there batter... it just doesn't have the same flavor it used to. Plus the sides don't have the home made taste they used to... tastes pre packaged now. Kfc now is my extreme last resort....with bojangles and Popeyes and publix and kroger chicken being a option in Loganville.
Went today 1/20/22 for lunch, before reading these reviews. Ordered chicken sandwich, was told to change order, all filets were in freezer. Dining area appeared clean but my husband went to restroom. Said it was nasty and that door handle didn't appear to ever have been cleaned. Another customer came in to pick up her order and heard them telling her she would need to change her order. Won't go to this location again.
Purchased five combo meals. They forgot cookies, and mac and cheese. Not going back. Attention to detail is a must.
I got the 3 piece chicken special for eating in on Wednesday. The chicken was supposed to be extra crispy and it was all batter, very little meat. Also the flavors were missing. Don't think I'll be back for a while.
My kids, husband and I had ate here today for lunch. When going through the drive through we arrived at the window to pay and get out food. After paying the man at the window handed my husband a broken drink carrier with four drinks in it. He didn’t even get the whole drink carrier in the car before it snapped in half and had two sodas spilt everywhere on the drivers side at the window. The man didn’t apologize nor offer napkins.He handed us our food right after this occurred. We asked for napkins to clean up the two cups of soda and he handed my husband maybe four total. The customer service here needs to be worked on.Also out of tenders and gave my kids no sauces for their kids meals.
