Food is great, prepared well, and always hot when it arrives. Serving staff is friendly but appears to cover a broad area making it more difficult to get attention when you need something after the meal arrives or when it's time to pay. It's a good meal; just maybe grab your server to let them know of condiments/syrup or ask for the check in advance.
I can’t believe how horrible this place is came in tables are all dirty everyone is just sitting around no hair nets on the people making your food food came out looked horrible my chicken looked like it had been ran over fry’s had a nasty taste and then I noticed brown grease looked like it hasn’t been changed in a while would not recommend dinner just breakfast maybe have pictures but want let me post
Please owner the cups have to start hopping right on out of ihop. I gave a 3 for the poor presentation of coffee cups. It's not the costomers job to find out if ur cups r dirty r really badly stained.get rid of them. Get a new type , dish detergent , r dish machine . But food was great , came out in a timely order n waitress was great. It's just that one thing made me question all with a microscope. And it makes me feel I should bring my own coffee n cup. R just don't go. But change that.
Worst experience ever management is rude servers are great most of them after being treated horribly by the manager herself we will never ever be back go in there to have a nice family breakfast and it still having to take my food with me because it takes an hour and a half for anybody to even get our food to us after we complained advertising iced coffee and yet they don’t have it because know when they’re not how to make it I would not recommend this place to anyone the manager is rude
Took a friend to lunch. After our food came she said I should have ordered a waffle.So I asked for a waffle to go. I was charged$10.95 plus tax. for a 6" waffle.!!!!Yes I paid it, because my friend was 85 and so looking forward to a good waffle, which by the way was as flat as a pancake not tall like a waffle should be.
We love the Loganville IHOP. Service is always great, and the food is always on point. Luther is our favorite server! Super friendly!! Our favorite time to go is for dinner, there's never a wait and the service is fast.
I placed a online order and once I got home with my food I found the absolute longest hair in my meal. I will never eat here again that is completely unacceptable. Then I spoke with a “manager” who didn’t even know her policy on refunding my money. Terribly ran and I hate to say that about my neighborhood ihop
Waitress was great. Food came quickly. Everything exactly as ordered (except steak was well and I asked for medium). No real complaints. I would definitely go back.
There was sign on the doors "CASH ONLY" We were told that card payment system was down. We were immediately seated. After placing our order, food arrived quickly !Wr had great experience!!!
The food was prepared just as I ordered it. Prompt and courteous service. I will dine there again.
