The staff here aren't friendly at all and when you pair that with the sub par food it doesn't make a return trip seem worth it.I should've noted the tell tale sign that it was bad by the lack of cars or people I see at any given hour almost everytime I drive by there (which is a lot).I really have nothing more to say about this location other than I won't be returning and I can't in good conscience recommend anyone waste their time going here.
We've been ro this location on multiple occasions and there is something always wrong. Once we had to go inside because our order was totaled before we could place the order, had barely gotten the order out and got a total. On multiple occasions they are out of something...coke, ham, etc. We try to let it slide because of short staff but that doesn't explain incorrect orders.
Onion rings over cooked into crusts, tasted like they were cooked in old oil. The bacon Angus burger wasn't the burger it used to be, more like they went grocery store and bought the thin patties from there. After ordering was asked to pull around to front to wait 10 minutes for food. Worst meal ever from Hardee's. Won't be going back till me management.
Dirt and crumbs everywhere. Dirty towels. Unwashed hands. Drink machine ice handle broken. No manager was not there to get my refund. I arrived at 11am on a sunday. Waited 42 min and never got my food cause over cooked and burnt. No adults in the building nor management showed up to run the operation. They owe me $18 refund
It's funny how they can never open up on time but they are sure quick to close on time. So either put afternoon crew on morning or hire people who can read a clock. They all want and got higher wages but the service still is garbage
Waited to order. Waited to pay for order. Was pulled around building. Waited like 25 min for 4 sandwiches and fries, fries he had to bring out separate because they were missing from bag. Only reason I gave 3 stars is because Gene gave us great hospitality and was very apologetic about his staffing situation and our food was hot and fresh. Don't ever mind waiting if the food is delicious.
I understand that there are only a few people working for breakfast. So it is difficult to help more than 1 customer at the drive thru at a time. But probably a good idea to say "Hello, I'll be right with you" when leaving customers waiting at the intercom while helping the one vehicle in line at the window. Instead of copping an attitude when a customer says hello after waiting in complete silence, for 5 minutes, 6 cars deep at the intercom. This isn't the first time this has happened but the first time I felt the need to write a review. There are many options for fast food breakfast around this area, so if my patronage isn't appreciated, I'll take my money somewhere else.In addition I'm now giving it one star instead of 2, as the food was ice cold.
The first indicator should have been when we asked for a 20pc chicken tender and the man over the speaker said he couldn’t complete that because they only had 10 . Lol . 5 years in loganville for myself and 10 years for my spouse and it’s no wonder we’ve never stopped by . Our sons chicken sandwich was hard as a rock , my mushroom Swiss burger was mediocre and my husbands Frisco was cold , which seems odd on account of the fact that we had to wait 20 mins for our order . 1 large fry was missing out of the 4 . Not to mention the poor woman in front of us questioned the man over her burger she ordered and questioned him if “ is this what you call a hamburger ? ! “ and continues to lift her patty in mid air that was the size of a kids drink lid from McDonald’s - and the worker lifts his hands up and says “ Yea “ , and that’s all I got from that because we left after that . Definitely an experience . Was it worth it ? No . Are we more knowledgeable and smarter because of this ? Yes . We will never go back .- In addition our fries were so greasy and undercooked I had to throw them in the air fryer to make them edible .
Food good but lobby still closed & can't always get through drive-thru if pulling trailer or in larger trucks.
On a rainy morning the smiling faces and great attitudes of the employees were shining bright . Thanks for a great breakfast and great service .
