The wife likes egg foo young and Grand China does a nice job preparing this dish even if just as take out since they are currently operating in full pandemic mode. Egg rolls are good. My curry chicken was good but I would prefer to have the veggies cut up into smaller pieces. Maybe next time I will make that request. And hopefully they can get the dining area open again soon. It is very untidy right now.

We order our Chinese food from here all the time; I’ve never had anything that was unsatisfactory. It’s always hot, flavorful, and prepared quickly. If my family wants Chinese food, this is always our choice.

Covid practice, food was ? hot. And the service was fast. It was lunch time, so it was a good amount for lunch.
They really need to stop serving burnt food. This is one of the egg rolls we got last night. All their fried food is always burnt. Sweet and sour chicken should be golden brown, it comes burnt. They are the cheapest Chinese restaurant I ever seen. There fried rice has no vegetables, only onions. Their ribs are so skinny with no meat. It’s a darn shame. They could never serve this in CT, we’d have them locked down. They’re serving garbage!!!! Oh, and the rice is always stale, along with the old, not fresh oil they use to cook and fry the food with. Amazing!!
Oh my goodness this place is so ridiculous and rude they are all so rude and nasty they have no experience in customer service . I will never go there again. The person who answered the phone was yelling at me because I called out of courtesy to cancel my order within 2 minute after placing my order so rude people should stop going there to support them if that’s the way they are going to treat people. I also think they don’t like colored people because if you look at the reviews all the colored people had a bad experience of them being rude to them the way they were with me

I am so surprised at you people. You use to make some good food, and I come from up north eating Chinese food , china town in N.Y.. there are a lot of those places out there to eat, and the food is great. I just ordered shrimp egg roll, and it was old and taste like rubber. there was no veg. not even a piece of shredded carrot in it, and only 2 pieces of shrimp. come on guy's. the shrimp lo mien was old. it taste like it was sitting there for hours, and they just warmed it up and stuck it in a box for you, the shrimp fried rice is old and hard. As much as I use to like this place, I won't be eating there anymore. I stop eating at china chef near my house, and other Chinese places because they were not good, I found you, and now you let me down. I will go to pleasant hill from now on. stop being cheap and start making," FRESH FOOD" not old food.
