I know frontera other locations where service is above better than this locations, at least our server who I rather don't say the name, so we came on a rainy day, it took extra time to have a table for 5 on a memorial day and by the time we came by was not full but looks like they were busy 3 servers what one of them told us, we ordered regular drinks but one of us ordered margarita which never came but after remind him that we missed a margarita we told him to forget about, at the end it was charged and again we told him we never got it, my wife also request margarita but with out alcohol, server didnt know about it, he was hesitant to say dont know how to make it or if it would be possible (just let the bartender to handle he would say if is able to make it or not) amd say becuase they were busy may not be able to make it. For dinner we ordered entrees but one of us ordered cheese dip to start, it didn't came but after he got his dinner, my dish was requested with lettuce on top, I got after my other friend got his cheese dip, server had to be called every time, even for check. Good restaurant but the server low quality service, I been in the bussines of restaurant so we know what's going on and how to handle on busy days, servers must have experience to handle busy days.
I ordered on (4/8) Friday at the wrong location and I called and canceled immediately after ordering at the loganville location. The hostess canceled the order and did not make the food. When I asked can I be reimbursed and she said that they don't know how to cancel online orders on their website. As a customer, this issue should be fixed because you all have many locaitons so it can be possible that someone could mean to order at a different location.I am trying to get it recitified with my bank but it takes them 30-60 days to resolve an issue with the merchant themselves should be able to resolve it so I don't have to wait that long for a reimbursement. Can this issue be fixed for future customers?
A little expensive, but you will be FULL! I recommend the El Rancho Chicken dish! The only suggestion is for more decorative wall items. There is potential for more here to please the eye. Great food, super service. I will be back again, being right down the street from me!
Good food and attentive staff. The food is very consistent from one location to the other so you always know what you're getting and at a reasonable price.
We absolutely love this restaurant. The drinks are spectacular and the food is equally as good. Tonight we had a bad experience. Never have we ever had a bad waitress. Tonight was no exception. We had a great waitress but here's where the problem came in. I ordered a bowl, not a cup of the chicken soup to take to our daughter in law and son tomorrow. I knew the cost was nine dollars. I was horrified at the size of the container for nine dollars. I've ordered that same size container at the Chinese restaurant, the Thai restaurant and other mexican restaurants. At first we thought the waitress must've misunderstood us and gave us a cup instead of a bowl. When I measured how much was in the container it came out to 1 3/4 cup. It is mostly broth with some chicken and and rice. I know these are hard times but that size container that is mostly broth should not be more than five dollars. We asked our waitress and she kindly said I know. It should be two of these containers but this is what you get with takeout as I myself have ordered takeout. She said the little blue bowl that holds the sauce is what we consider a cup. I said I'm a former science teacher. There's no way that is a cup. She said well a cup by our standards according to what we are told to serve as a takeout cup. When you measure what fits in that container it comes out to a little over a third of a cup. The cost for 1/3 cup is four dollars. I'll put a picture of what we got for nine dollars takeout and what she said a cup would be in the blue mini bowl. As we left I talked to what turned out to be the hostess but as a consumer I didn't know who she was. Her name is Brooke.. Brooke was lovely. I complained to her and she said well you should've gotten two of those containers if you paid for a bowl. I said well I only got one. Would you go back and get me the second bowl since I paid for a bowl at the price of nine dollars. She left. I did not know it but she was not the manager. The manager Aaliyah came up and said no we can't give you two small containers because corporate tells us to serve that small container as a bowl. As a former science teacher I can tell you that you would have to be really bad at eye balling measurements to think that a bowl of their soup is the same size as their to go container. So my advice to anyone reading this is do NOT order anything for takeout. You will be getting ripped off. I told the manager Alia that Brooke told me a bowl was equal to two of those small containers. She said well she's only the hostess. I said as a consumer how am I supposed to know that. Shouldn't what she says be what you do? She said no she's not a manager. She said we do what Corporate tells us. Corporate says this is the size container you get when you order a bowl to go. I said it should actually be more not less. When you order it to go a waitress doesn't have to wait on you and no one has to clean your dishes. I am extremely disappointed. This manager has terrible people skills . Her name is Aaliyah.or Alia. As a manager if one of the people working under you tells a customer something then you honor what that employee said to the customer . After the customer leaves then you tell your employee not to ever say anything like that again. I don't know who trained this manager but she is not good with customer service. Next time I order soup for my daughter-in-law and son I will not be ordering it at Frontera kitchen. I think they have changed names as they are not Frontera Mex Mex. They probably had to change names.
This restaurant doesn't care about food allergies. We have dairy allergies, and I included a note about it in our Grubhub order. Even though I called the restaurant on the phone and got confirmation that they saw the instruction, they didn't respect it. When I called to ask them to fix it, they told me I should drive to the restaurant to pick it up, even though I told them I'm currently Covid-positive and would be endangering everyone in the restaurant.
This is by far the worst frentara Iv been to in the state of Georgia! The service was absolutely horrible and toxic I ended up not buying anything and leaving!! Iv been coming here with my family for 20 years and i don’t know what happened to these managers that have been here for so long. But they we’re so rude and disgusting to me and my family and this isn’t the first time this has happened I personally don’t think I will come back to this location ever again until these issues are resolved with bad management
Food is always great but the wait time is a bit ridiculous. I placed a to go order in person for a lunch beef burrito with rice and beans at 2:37 on a Saturday. Nothing that needed to be cooked. There were two tables seated. Twenty two minutes later I received my order without even an acknowledgement of the wait.
I liked this place. Good flavor and nice service. We came on Saturday and we did not have to wait so long. I recommend you, the tacos size was according to the description in the menu. We are going to back, I have visited different Mexican restaurants and I could say you that it is a amazing option. Me agradó el agua de orchata taste it
I blew it! I forgot to take a picture but I love Frontera's salsa the salsa tagaya it's my favorite I know that's not how you spell it but that's how it's coming out when I speak in my mic LOL. I had a chicken fillet with cheese over it with rice and beans everything was delicious.
