First time eating here. Not too impressed. Service was slow, food was mediocre, and condiments were scarce. We had the hotdog, chili cheese fries, and a steak burger with a malt and shake. The fries tasted greasy and the burger was too salty. The shakes were okay. We didn’t wait long for the food but getting the drinks and condiments was a long time. The restaurant was clean though. I’m not in a hurry to return.
I’ve came here a few times and have always had excellent experience! Today I came, fries were over cooked “dry-like” like McDonald’s fries and hamburger wasn’t fresh! The edges of the hamburger were like a crumbly look and was not hot like the other times. I went back through to have them remake my order, the hamburger “looked” better but still was not hot through and through like the other times I’ve ordered. I’m assuming the “back-side” was the “warmest” due to putting it in an oven just to so-call “warm it!” The rest was no better than the first! Will NOT be back!! It was “McDonald’s” service!! The hamburgers were barely warm! There was no apology my second order was just handed to me! A little work needs to be done with these employees on customer service!!
I love Freddy's! I was a little disappointed at the Freddy's in Loganville... the service was mediocre at best... the food wasn't as good as all the other Freddy's I've been to. The only saving grace today, was they messed up my order and I got a free chilli cheese dog outta the whole deal... pick it up Loganville Freddy's.
We were definitely excited to see this in our side of town since the scenic location was great, but disappointed. They don’t even have what’s on the menu. They don’t have onion rings or cheese curds, don’t have the A1 sauce for the A1 burger, basically had to order random things to see if they had it and spent $40 on stuff we really didn’t come there for. There’s no sign to communicate with the public of what they’re out of, when speaking with the manager he didn’t want to accommodate us but later came back with 2 free custard cards. Won’t be visiting here again!
Freddy's and places like it (Steak & Shake etc.) aren't really my cup of tea. However, the food here is well presented and fresh for what it is. Unfortunately I give it only a 4 star rating due to it being quite a bit more expensive than Steak & Shake, without being of better quality. I personally will probably not visit this franchise again, but I can see the appeal of why others may like it.
My husband just got home with our order and we wasted $26. Ordered 2 double cheeseburger meals. They had one piece of meat and 2 bottom buns. Then they put my cold sundae in the same bag as my food and everything was cold and the ice cream was melting from the food!! Very disappointed!! The bottom of the bag was also wet but handed to him anyway. I just can't believe a business would be ran this way. Unacceptable.
Freddy’s does not disappoint and todays visit was no different. Great patty melt and hot crispy fries with the perfect amount of salt. The food was quickly served exactly as expected. The only issue I had today was the employee who took my order was just going through the motions and her attitude was one that she was not happy to be there. All the other staff was rocking and rolling getting the orders out so kudos to them.
While pilling up to order, I noticed over seven staff members in the front behind the counter playing; schoolers of course. Waiting in there drive thru for 20 mins for chili cheese fried and an oreo mint melt (which has a large picture on the window for the promotion). Six minutes down the road, I noticed they did not put one drop of oreo cookies in my melt. It was 100% mint. The ticket read correct, but still not a drop.On their receipt, they do not list any phone number. After search online, I located and called twice. No one answered. $5.79 plus tax for the wrong item that comes in a small cup. What a rip off.
We eat here regularly and sometimes it’s good sometimes it’s bad. The wait is horrible but they are getting better. I’m giving a 5 star review because the manager is always caring respectful and always goes above and beyond to make customers happy. He should get a raise. No matter how frustrating or bad the day is he’s always with a smile on his face. Props to the manager and for always being nice even to rude people.
Very nice place. But service was terrible. We waited 17 minutes for a ice cream cone with sprinkles. Was not crowded at all. Had to wait for the server to come from the back to make the ice cream. No one up front I guess but her could make it. And the ppl who was sitting eating at tables was also waiting. So she made six ice creams first them mine last. All for one cone for my son. And hand me the cup of sprinkles on the side. Smh waited and had to put my own sprinkles on. Terrible service
