Only 1 girl in the place greeted customers with a decent tone. No one else acknowledged customers at the pick up counter for a few minutes, just left them standing there glancing at them periodically. Then the smart mouth fry boy mumbled as he went back to get my food when he did finally acknowledge I was waiting for a to go order. You have a group of kids with no respect running your restaurant. I won't be back to a 5 guys.
Me and my son came here for a quick lunch, 2 burgers, 1 fry, and 2 small drink is $35. Are you kidding me… way over priced.
Dinner to go. Internet order, carry out. Order was correct. Took them awhile, but super busy. Friendly staff.
This used to be a nice place with good service and it’s not that way anymore. You can’t even call in an order and come in to pick it up without waiting 25 minutes because no one knows you’re there. No one will even hardly give you the time of day or even ask what you’re there to pick up. The service is awful and today they had no ketchup. They’ve also gone up on their prices where a hamburger and a little fry is almost $15.
I came in after the lunch rush and it was obvious that I was given left over patties that were barely warm. I wouldn't care if this was $1 burger from other places but for $8 I want it to be fresh.
We're vegetarians, but we go to Five Guys for their wonderful french fries.
Do not waste time ordering online. Waited 30 minutes for food while others that ordered in store was picking up food. They have a terrible check in system for anyone that orders by phone or online. Thank goodness Freddys just open in Loganville. Robert

$17 for a burger, SMALL fries and NO drink at lunch. Tasty, but wow! Can go to a sit-down restaurant for less.
