For health reasons, I have gone gluten free for a few months now, and I really wanting a sandwich. I had tried a gluten free sandwich at another chain. I won’t be doing that again, but Firehouse’s bread was absolutely delicious. It was soft. It tasted like bread instead of crumbly cardboard. It was fresh. It was delicious. I got the veggie sandwich with extra oil and vinegar. Awesome! I am actually going to get another as soon as I am back in the area.Four stars only because it took a while for them to make the sandwich, and I was impatient.
I haven't eaten here in Georgia but will make it my favorite! The Steamer was GREAT!
I suppose you are supposed to add condiments of your choice to your sub, as mine couldn't have tasted more bland. I was so disappointed because as a Senior Citizen I do not get to eat out often. $8.00 for three bites of a sandwich . I could cry

I don't quite understand why when I try to call in an order. No one answers the phone. Yet when I decide to go into the store to order there are employees and even shift managers all over the place. I love your subs but, I'm going to have to take my buisness else where.
Quick in, quick out. Plenty of staff on board and no complaints or delays for us. Good stop.
My meatball sub was good. They messed up just a little on one of the other subs we ordered. Definitely better than Subway
