The morning crew is nice and I don’t really have any complaints about the food but I don’t think they have ever opened on time, which would be less irritating if they weren’t (supposed to be) the only place to get breakfast that early in the morning. I think the latest they’ve opened past the scheduled time was almost 30 minutes? I hope they get more staff or just change their posted hours because as-is, it kinda sucks.
I love this location… when I go to other locations the donuts aren’t as fresh. If I have an issue with my order they fix it with no problem.
I have been a loyal customer for 20 years. I don’t know what has happened over the last year but this is the slowest drive through around.I won’t be going back to this Dunking ever again.
Exceptional service by Kehinde, she was so Friendly and Professional. We got a dozen donuts. No waiting in line this evening and everything was so easy. The donuts were soft fresh and completely delicious. Fantastic experience. We will return.
Entire staff here is horrible, except the manager. He’s great. I feel horrible for him. This is the slowest Dunkin in existence.
Went inside at night to order a latte and the 2 guys at the drive thru didn't know I was standing there and were talking so much smack about everyone who came through the line. The younger one with blonde hair was supposed to be making a latte and barely poured a half a shot of espresso and majority was cold coffee..He was laughing about it. When confronted by another worker he claimed he gave the full amount but did not. They where serving iced coffee out a tea pitcher and the espressos where old just sitting waiting to be poured. Absolutely unacceptable. Will definitely not be back to this location but if you are close and have to I suggest you make that extra trip and go inside so you can watch what's being made. I'd definitely ask for fresh and make sure that's what you get.
I haven’t ever left a bad review anywhere. But this is the slowest establishment of any kind, that I have ever been to. I am at a complete loss for words, make the donuts at home if you want to save yourself the days that you’ll spend in line waiting.
They forgot my hot cocoa but tbh so did I. Got coffee with 2 peppermint instead of latte. But the people are always nice and it's always fresh. Line around the block for drive through.
Sidney was very nice to us at register. Team was greeting people coming in. Got our order in timely matter. Very happy! Thanks guys
Ordered a vanilla Chai latte..they changed up the way they make it..it's no longer good! And the lady that was taking orders at drive through sounded like she needed to take a nap..just so disengaged..like she was going to start yawning..bad experience..please do better
