Maybe my perception of what extra cheese really is has changed over the years. Or maybe they just don't actually add extra cheese when its ordered while pretending they did. I don't know. Having worked in a pizza place earlier on really spoiled me. I could swear that when I was asked to make extra cheese pizzas, the volume of cheese added made is so that the customer couldn't see the sauce. That seems to have changed, at least recently. Needless to say, I ordered a medium cheese pizza, with extra cheese, and feta on half which came out to be roughly $17. What I got was a regular cheese pizza with a few crumbles of feta on 3 out of 8 slices. I don't have the heart to argue with the kid at the window, whos probably making minimum wage and on the verge of quitting, on what extra cheese should look like. Nor do I feel like arguing with a poor customer service rep that's being told/forced/trained to tell me that "its supposed to look like that". Instead, I'm just not going to bother ordering from Dominos any more. There are plenty of local pizza places, including Riverside($6 for a large) and Little Caesars ($5.50 for a large), which actually put extra cheese on their pies at a fraction of the price. And when I say extra cheese; its noticeably different than their regular cheese pizza.
This is my regular pizza delivery location. Today I placed an ordered that was no contact. The driver delivered the wrong order. I called the location & they stayed the driver would return with my order & did not apologize. Thirty minutes go by & I call them back to stare I was gonna pick my order up. When I got there still no apology. They just give me the order & tell me to have a nice day.

I've been coming to this location (Loganville, GA) for several years (like 15+) and never once, have I?m?? had any problems ...NOT ONCE!! Everything is always on point & yummyyyy lol. Thank you so much for always giving me a great variety of food & wonderful experiences each & every time!!! ♡♡♡
2hrs, that's how long it took from the time I placed an order online for delivery and when it arrived.After about 45min to an hour of placing my order, I received the store apologizing for the delay, was told that there was just one person working in the store and one person for delivery. Told me it would be about another 30min and asked if I still wanted the order. I was starving so I said yes.More than an hour later I received the order and all the items were cold and soggy.
Seems when I order delivery online, I get a phone call that they can't deliver but I can pick up. This was 8pm on a Saturday night. Nope....not doing it. If I wanted to get out and drive, I could do better than pizza. DONE with Dominos. Now I have to wait 2 to 3 days for a refund on my card.
I won’t be ordering from this place anymore. The customer service was definitely non existent. Which is a surprise because from past experience they are usually on top of it.
My favorite is the Memphis BBQ speciality pizza...I'm not huge pizza fan but that is absolutely my favorite. Always comes hot and fresh and pretty quick too.
Friendly staff. Quick service. Solid pizza! Will return and recommend you stop by and try!
Pizza is always as ordered and taste great.They are super fast and I love ordering from the app.Honestly have never been a Domino’s fan but there pizza at this location is GREAT!
