This experience started with the drive thru monitor not working and the wait was 15minutes behind 1 car. Then after writing down my order for the employee he messed my order up. After I told him he was supposed to get it right but he left the store in his SUV and I waited 5 more minutes before anyone else came back to assist. From then I was frustrated and decided to leave without any food
Service was horrible. They had zero training. I say that because I'm explaining to the young man what went into one of their signature items. This was on 5/11/22 at 8 pm. They were cleaning and trying to have the store closed when closing wasn't for another hour. They didn't have enough food to even make some of the things we ordered. The manager ran off to the back of the store she didn't want to be bothered with the fact that her staff was obviously working with out and direction.sad because this could be a nice place with proper management
Very poor management in the establishment. Hopefully, I can get into touch with the owner sooner than later.We have been frequenting this establishment for the past 2 years consistently. Yet, this order and service my husband and I have received today SPECIFICALLY was absolutely horrific. And to be told by Tierra (she stated she was the manager on duty this afternoon) that her and the team's negligence of packing and making our order correctly as we indicated in our online purchase ( it needed to be made seperated due to avoiding allergy cross contamination)that they would not fulfill the order request that was entered and paid for online for their establishment. Also, she stated that they would not supply a refund for us having had to return from home to the store to have the order remade a 3rd time from it originally being made wrongboth of the 1st and 2nd times today... Tierra also felt that they are not at fault for leaving off HALF of my food items in their 2nd attempt of remaking the indicated order correctly as entered in the online system... This is absolutely unacceptable.
The food was saltless and old. Salsa had been sitting up for a while and the guacamole was brown, yet they still served it to me. I have honestly never had worse.
The last 2 times we been at this restaurant is just been so disappointed. The meat looks dry and not fresh at all, and forget about the guacamole. Guac is always dark, idk why they even put it inside the case. I won’t pay for dark guac. The. From the case you can see the piles of chicken to be cut… but inside the case u find dry old chix. The place was empty both times and the food just keep getting worse each time.
The food is fresh and n the staff is always friendly!!
Just came from there I got a steak burrito it was absolutely cold and tasteless got chips no dip you won't be going back there
We arrived at 8:23 they made some of our food (scraped the bottom of the buckets to make it) and some employee threw it away WHILE WE WERE STILL ORDERING MORE FOOD! They didn't have enough food to remake our order. We left. What a joke! Never going back. Oh..and their Jr. Cheese quesadilla is the size of a tortilla chip.
Terrible , the kid at the window had asked if I wanted to give a 10 or 15% tip.. I said I am at drive through and this is a fast food restaurant?? So, I said no.. I waited on the food for 15 to 20 mins.. Won't be going back .
Went in for the first time last night and service was absolutely GREAT and THE BEST BURRITO I’ve ever had!!! Was very tasty and fulfilling!! GREAT hospitality!! Thank you for having such a great staff who went out of their way to make sure I had everything with such kind friendly attitudes!! Was an AWESOME experience!!!
