I get that fast food is labor intensive and customers are rude, BUT after giving this place more than enough chances I am leaving a sad review. We went when there was no line, drive thru was quick to place order but took 30 mins to get food after we were parked. On top of that the del tacos had stuffing of value taco and burritos had about 1 tablespoon of watery beans and red sauce in a giant tortilla. We hoped our churros would make up for pathetic meals, BUT those were rock hard with little sugary cinnamon. There were 3 ppl working but only the older white man with glasses was doing anything, the 2 young ppl were on phone (with gloves on), leaning on front counter. I know it's not fun work, I couldn't do it, but if you have to work there at least be a team player. We have been going there since they first opened, recently it has just gone to the toilet...which is where you will end up because temp of food is cold and quality questionable.
Usually have had good experiences here however, the past few times I’ve gone (against my better judgment) the service has been TERRIBLE. It kills me how the employees of such places act like THE CUSTOMER put in their application there… YOU DID. So if you don’t want to work, don’t apply.. Not to mention… the manager hanging up on me..
We ordered a tostada. They poured some kind of runny goop on the top and the box was filled with juice. Beans, lettuce and cheese is all the tostada is supposed to have. This was impossible to eat so I threw it away.
I don't know if he was the manager or what but large framed black guy at drive thru at 1230 am Friday night into Saturday - He was absolutely exceptional! Sweet, kind, considerate and efficient! If he is not the manager, well, he should be!!!!! I absolutely commend this guy for taking care of me in a brilliant fashion! Cannot say enough good things about my visit thru this drive through! Will definitely plan to return - but earlier! Lol! Thank you again Sir! I was starving and you fixed it! Soooooo appreciated!
Much better then Taco Bell!! Food is great and service is excellent!!!
I ordered the eight layer veggie burrito. The rice was hard as rocks. They had the nerve to give me an attitude because I brought the burrito back in. I will not be eating at this establishment anymore. I will make the drive to Snellville if I want Del taco. That is the better store.
Everything was delicious except the fries were a little over cooked but in today's world you don't complain too much.
Food was good but the service was sooo slow.
Every night a hour and a half before closing your systems “‘magically” are down but the person on the drive thru speaker take the 2 cars behind me order very great service it’s honestly ridiculous how good the service at this location is it’s so good I’m just gonna stick to going to senic hwy instead since their systems seem to always be up compared to you guys
Went to del taco in Loganville Ga today around 12:30. I ordered in the drive thru and pulled around to the window. My order was approximately $15.00 and I gave this young guy a $50.00 bill which, he informed me he could not change the bill. I was okay with that and proceeded to give him my debit card. I asked the guy for a hand full of medium sauce and he only gave me a couple so, I asked him for a few more and he grabbed two more and tossed them in the bag but, while I was holding the bag he missed the bag and they fell out onto the ground. I informed him of this which he already knew and at this point was just being rude and unprofessional. I asked for a manager to inform them of this issue so, after showing the manager the packets on the ground that was tossed at me the manager said he would address the issue. Del taco needs to better train their employees about customer service and professionalism. To the young man in the drive thru you need to correct your attitude or, find you something or somewhere else to work.
