Never had an issue here. I came to review to let y'all know that whoever was making drive thru blizzards Friday June 10 at 4:45 PM is amazing. I fell in love with the Drumstick Blizzard last summer. I have had like 3 at this location so far this summer and they haven't been the same....but who ever made it for me today was on point! So thank you to whoever you are for finally satisfying my year long craving! (I guess it could have been a supply ingredients issue/error prior to today, but either way, today's was made perfectly, finally!)
I have had them mess up my order repeatedly on a blizzard idk how you get gummyworms from cheesecake. They employees have absolutely horrible attitudes and don't like when I correct my order like if your gonna be lazy and not want to do your job and have a bad attitude go somewhere else where you dont have to deal with customers. Seems like they want to make money but not work.
Came in here just before closing with my 7-year old g'daughter. Super busy but not slowing the crew down. All hard working without I want to get out of here attitude. Being kind and wonderful to customers. Manager went out of his way to make granddaughter's Sundae all fancy for her. Burger was hot, fresh and service was fast. Will definitely visit again when back in town and will bring the rest of the family!!
The people that worked there was so friendly and the food was great!! Very clean!
This location is HORRIBLE. WE SAT IN THE DRIVE THRU LINE for 15 mins waiting on some damn icecream. The lady in front of us had 15 orders. Look if someone is waiting on food park them and keep the line moving. My ice cream was half melted!! So then I called and the guy who answered didn’t listen to a word I said !! Ridiculous !!
Always good but they never do the upside-down blizzard thing and there a little slow so that's why they lost points from me
The people working that night was very kind put all cups and ice cream in a box for me. Brilliant idea
This place used to be good, then declined to decent and now they're terrible. The franchise owner doesn't really care about quality any longer. The last two times we had went service was okay but quality was low. This third time was the last strike. The ice cream tasted freezer burnt and the mix-ins for the blizzards were extremely stale. All four blizzards were terrible and inedible. This third time was the last strike and I know our minor money not being spent there won't hurt them but we won't return.
Paid for three milkshakes very close to the restaurant closing. All three had some type of industrial cleaner in them. When i returned them they copped an attiude with me. No more of my business.
