I normally like this restaurant. Tonight there is a 30 minute wait for a table when the place is half empty. Why? Not enough staff? Where is the management? It appears he just walked to hostess station and is now just sauntering back to the kitchen. Is he serving, cooking, or just walking around?
Online order was placed over an hour ahead of the scheduled pick up time. It was over 30 minutes late. Everything was prepared incorrectly. Buffalo sauce was supposed to be on the side. The portion sizes were pathetic for what they're charging!!! My sons kids meal was put in a cup they use for sides and it wasn't half full. The shrimp for my fajitas were TINY, like salad shrimp almost. They subbed my triple dipper skillet queso for white queso and put pico and old guacamole on them. They put pico in both our beans when we asked for it on the side. No sauce for the molten lava cake. The chips were stale. As a slap in the face, they offered me a $15 coupon that they can keep.

The waitress seated us after we had been waiting ten minutes. The restaurant was not busy at all. We both ordered a Old Timer hamburger. I added street corn to my order.The corn was burned on both ends. Our waitress never returned to check if our food came out okay or to ask if we would like her to refill our tea. I refuse to return for another meal at Chili's in Loganville.
Ordered food, the triple dipper to be exact. Once the food was ready I opened and began to eat the chicken first and the texture immediately felt off. I began to break the chicken apart to find that none of the pieces were cooked properly. Literally raw meat. I can say that the manager who came to the phone was very apologetic however this can not happen.
Waited for 30 minutes on a regular Monday night while half the dining room was empty. They claimed there was only one server but I clearly saw multiple walking around in the back. The server we did get was sub par. Food was fine. Refills had to be asked for and one was never even delivered. Seemed like he was more interested in chatting with the bartender. Service has went downhill fast at this location. Can't imagine how they function on a busy Friday or Saturday.
My daughter and I shared the 2 for 25$. We both got the sirloin steak w broccoli and cheese mashed potatoes and a huge chocolate chip cookie. The meal was outstanding, the steaks cooked to perfection. This is Loganville Chili's. Drawback...service is a little slow
Waited for 20 min to be seated to wait another 30 for no waiter or waitress to come. Customer in seat behind me had same issue and was speaking to a manager as another customer came up and had been waiting for 45 min. We ended up leaving and taking our business elsewhere
I know people are short staffed but they truly are hit or miss since before the pandemic started. When they are on it's a great experience. But when they are off it's pretty bad. Not bad enough for me to quit coming back at this point though.
I don’t have a picture but I want to say their customer service is excellent!! Due to low staffing our party had to wait and extended time to be served. However, our server Wendy was amazing on her first night she was pleasant and rocked at keeping us happy while we waited. The manager was wonderful and committed well and went above and beyond to make sure the situation was handled. The food was excellent! And worth the wait!
